The art factory itself has a beauty but needs improvement

The art factory itself has a beauty to it because of its history. BUT unfortunately the service delivery is not CONSISTENT. If the art factory would've provided us with the quality of service that they sold us on at the time of signing the lease, it would've been a different review. Unfortunately there is no way to enforce that contract from the customers end on the day of the event, so I caution anyone who finds themselves in the predicament that we were in.
Now if the art factory prepares your room in a timely manner prior to your event, you were part of the lucky group of customers that got a chance to really have the event you planned for, and the your wishes come true.
I have attached photos of the communication that we exchanged with the platform we were instructed to use, and my extended 8 page review on the facility as photos (on google and yelp). I will also post this on different platforms so that others can make a more informed decision in their party planning. P.S. I am a real person, I mention this as in Yelp you'll see Dave answer with the following statement, "For REAL video reviews from Art Factory couples click here: artfactoryreviews.com". He doesn't reach out to all his clients, it seems like they are very selective of who they contact for only 5 star reviews made into short video clips. A business owners needs to learn how to get through constructive criticism and grow from it. There's also no follow up communication to express their gratitude in using their venue or to ask for our review, it's clear they know who to ask.
If they had better planning/management this place would truly be top notch, but it still needs improvement. I don't think that Dave and Donata go out of their way to be evil or conniving, I just think they need to learn their limitations, adjust and improve. But if they truly do this repeatedly to customers then it's definitely sketchy and targeted.
Take the time to read the photos attached and book at your own risk. I wish any of the future customers the best of luck.
