They definitely are scamers i have been told my refund would be on my card in a week then 2 weeks. its been over a year and still They tell me a week .don't be stupid save your money all est Indian worlds biggest phone scamers. My next move i will be taking them to cort with a lot of people i met that also got ripped off by these crooks.after i posted this i got a email saying i whoud have a check in 4 to 5 days it has been sent out. More liys still nothing definitely pay the extra money don't get scammed by these people

They are big liars.
they stole customers money.

Don’t ever book your flight from them And then their website is a scam.If not why they don’t refund the money?

I want to make a formal complaint on My FLIGHT SEARCH COMPANY. This company not only rip your money, but they also lie about their reservations, refunds, and general procedures.

I made a reservation for 2 tickets from Orlando to Chicago for the end of Feb 2020. The pandemic got us all and flights were canceled by the airlines. Soon after, I call the MY FLIGHT SEARCH to see if I could get a refund. I was told that I could re-use the ticket until Dec 2020. Since the pandemic was not getting any better, I call to see if they could issue a refund, and they will issue one. Here is where the lying and misrepresentation started. Not only I spent numerous hours waiting to speak with a representative, but also, they lied about issuing a deposit within different time frames, starting in July. I tried to get reimbursed through my credit card and it was not possible. I tried through the Airline and there was not even a record of such reservation, and now they had issued a supposed refund last December which it has arrived yet nor I have been successful in getting the refund information to track the check or its mailing. LIES NAD MORE LIES.

It has been more than impossible to get in touch with the accounting department or a responsible manager to track this situation or investigate on my behalf.

I would like to make everyone aware that this business very unclear business practices from Las Vegas is not correct and I honestly think they are ripping people money up front since my Credit Card was charged with the airfare amount and there was not any reservation made directly to the Airline nor a refund issued. Pure and simple a SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

I had cancelled my flight right away after booking and got an email May 6 2020, confirming my cancellation. I sent lots of e-mails during last 8 months. I did not get a refund by now.

This company stole much needed money from 2 seniors. They were booked for a flight from Toronto to Sydney, NS. The original flight was directly from Toronto to Sydney. It was then changed to Toronto to Halifax and then Halifax to Sydney. This change was acceptable. The flight was then changed to the following New Itinerary

This meant they were to fly from Toronto to Halifax and then fly from Halifax to Toronto and then fly from Toronto to Sydney. I am their caregiver and was to fly with them. Both of the seniors have health issues and they were expected to fly for over 5 hours with 2 changeovers. I contacted this company 5 different times and was told "we are passing this matter on to the concerned department and we will contact you within 24 hours". Bull droppings... They did nothing and could not see that the flight itinery made no logical sense. I finally had to cancel the reservations and was able to book in just a few short minutes directly with Air Canada. Of course, even though they had changed the flight schedule, they refused to refund the money to these 2 needy seniors. Beware...do not use this company. PS. I almost never complain about anything ever but this case is an exception.

After having issues initially with my flight search, Victor got in touch and was extremely helpful. He resolved the problem promptly and to my satisfaction.

This is the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! My significant other booked us two tickets and realized the same day he booked that he booked the wrong day. So we have been calling the same day to try and cancel and get our refund. All they have done is hang up on us. We have been trying to call them for almost four days now. So we are out of the money and have to rebook plane tickets. NEVER book with them!!!!!

I recently posted a negative response (1 star) and am not happy with myflightsearch customer service response. Here are the facts:
I booked online on November 20, requesting departure date of November 25, with return on November 30.
On November 24, I reviewed my myflightsearchticket and discvered they had booked me for both departure and return on November 27, the return flight booked just a couple of hours after my arrival.
I tried contacting my flightsearch via both telephone and e-mail to correct the error, but because I was just one day from my departure date, decided to book a one way ticket with American Airlines. Early on November 29, I again exchanged multiple e-mails with myflightsearch, asking to correct the error so that I could at least have a return ticket on the 30th. They offered me no recourse, so, again, I booked a one way return ticket with American Airlines. My flightsearch, in response to my recently posted negative review, indicated they had offered me a new booking provided I pay a penalty. The error was not mine. A trip that I had projected would cost me $360.00 ended up costing nearly $900.00

Still waiting for a refund that was promised in March. Now it's December and I still haven't received that refund, even though it was a fully refundable flight ticket. Very disappointed with myflightsearch.com

On may 26th 2020 i book 1 way tickets to las Vegas for October 8 2020. In sept 2020 i got a call that my flight was cancelled due to covid 19. Ithey said i would get my refund in 25-28 business day which would have been on oct 8th. Im still waiting. I've called several times and get nothing but these people who wont even deny that i was scammed. This web sight is a scam. LESSON LEARNED

Attempted to book a last minute flight, the status wasn't being updated and I wasn't getting confirmation, I then called customer service and they said they will look into it and get back to me. I then got an email that said the booking was cancelled, I called customer service again and they confirmed it was cancelled, about 10 minutes later I got another call after booking through another site telling me they booked it and wouldn't give me a refund, they called me back after another 10 minutes and offered a refund, but the link went to an unsecured web page where they wanted me to confirm the booking for another 50 bucks, will never use these guys.

Update: WestJet was more than happy to help with the refund process.

MyFlightsearch is the worst corporation I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I beg you, if you are thinking about booking a flight, please do not use Myflightsearch.
I booked a flight for my son and I to Malta and when the flight was cancelled, they lied to me and told me that am able to use the tickets for any passengers to any destination as long as I book by December 2021.
I was hoping for a full refund, but I am a reasonable guy and was willing to accept this.
When I called them back to get this “promise” in writing, they told me that I was misinformed by there employee and I actually must book the same flight, to Europe for my son and I by Jan 2021. Keeping in mind that we are in the middle of a global pandemic where the whole world is shut down.
I posted a comment, addressing this situation on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon, they had called me, asking me to take down my post.
They said that they would call me back on the following Monday to sort this out.
That was yesterday. And as you can imagine, crickets.
So, here I am posting again. Because that is what I’m going to do.
I beg you. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY TRAVEL THROUGH #myflightsearch.com. You will begin regretting it, the moment you visit their website.

I had a very bad experience they cancelled my flight without letting me know had to buy a new ticket the same day of my flight. And they won't refund me its been a year and I called and emailed many many times and the last call they just hang up on me.

This company is a scam. Every time I email them they are looking into with the airline, I have spoken with the airline and they have had zero communicating from myflight search. My MIL had a flight book for April that was cancelled due to covid, she passed away a couple months ago and they asked for the death certificate and claimed they would refund it. Death certificate was sent and still no resolution. DO not book with this company - judging by their emails they are not located in North America.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I have been waiting since about July 1st (today is 10/26/2020) for a refund!!! I get the run around EVERY DAY THAT I CALL!! I’m told it’s being processed, call back tomorrow, 48 hrs, next week, six weeks, etc., etc... someone will call you back so they say but NO ONE EVVVVVVVER CALLS BACK! No supervisors are “ever” available to speak with me. And I still have NO ANWERS of when I will get my money back on a flight that was told to me was cancelled!! THIEVES!!!! STEALING MY MONEY!!!!
UPDATE! On 10/28/2020 I replied as the response from Myflightsearch requested... now let’s wait and see if this matter gets handled or if this company is as HORRIBLE as it seems!!!

Today is 1/6/2021 and guess what..... STILL NO COORESPONDANCE from this company that stated that if I sent them the booking info etc. that they would contact me immediately BUT STILL NO CONTACT. I will cont. to update this post as long as i need to. Please pass the word around to NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Love this app! Fast and easy to use. All u need to do is type in where you're going and when. Booked my flight along with confirmation, literally within minutes!

Still have not been refunded. After being told several times the check is in the mail.....

I couldn’t make my flight on time so I had to cancel it they have been bull shitting me for 3 months on my refund. Don’t use that website full of scammers

Horrible company!!!! The took my money, gave me a credit due to Corona, they refuse to. Then stated my full refund would be issued via check, which never came. Then after I sought legal action, which is still pending; reported them to BBB and FTC, they contact me. Only to lie again and say I’ll be provided a tracking number of my check on the way, which again I never received. I will not stop until my money and any damages are rewarded!
