RUN RUN RUN away from this company!

This company is absolutely horrible. I ordered my invitations from My Gatsby, and was very dissatisfied. I ordered an "e-mail proof" with my invitation order, and spoke with Gabby on the phone regarding the time it would take to receive the proof via e-mail. I was told "2-3 business days, but lately they've been processed in one business day". After a week of not receiving my e-mail proof I called the 1-800 number given on the website and expressed my concern over not receiving the proof in the estimated time quoted. I was placed on hold for 5 minutes, and when the customer service representative returned she said "We are not sure what happened, we'll send it again. You should receive an e-mail within the next 20 minutes." After four hours passed with no e-mail, I had to call AGAIN before the proof was e-mailed to me. I approved my proof immediately as it LOOKED and PRINTED as I wanted it, but when I received my invitations there was no space at the top before the print started and the bottom margin had a considerable amount of empty space. The text was also printed off center. It looks as though the paper went into the machine at a slant. AWFUL! Oh, and don't forget to order envelopes with your invitations because your $500 invitations DON'T come with envelopes (I found this out after the invitations were shipped to me). Please don't waste your money and time on this company!

NO REFUNDS. Horrible service by Kathy Newlon; Inflexible and Petty

I had been planning on using My Gatsby.com for my wedding invitations. I had already ordered my Save the Dates from them, and I had already ordered at least 4 different samples from them (ranging from $2.00 about $15.00 for each sample). One of the samples only came with 1 envelope (instead of 5, as pictured on the website), and My Gatsby refused to send the additional 4 envelopes. When I asked for a refund (as the sample was not touched), they refused to refund the $7.50. I told them that if they were this unreasonable, I would not place my $500 order for invitations with them. Kathy Newlon didn't care. I guess she figures it was ok to lose a $500 sale over $7.50. Not smart, Kathy. Not smart at all. So we are going with another company. Be careful, they say NO REFUNDS on anything.

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered my wedding invitations from Mygatspy.com and would never purchase anything from them again.
A couple of weeks after our rather expensive purchase, they offered a hefty discount on the exact product we purchased. I called and spoke with customer service, who was unwilling to offer any type of price match or other form of compensation.
I think this is unheard of! I have used many online retailers and anytime a similar situation has come up, they are glad to offer the discount, or at least a partial discount.
There are many vendors who offer very similar products - I would strongly encourage you to choose another who is willing to ffer a high level of customer service.
