They said they were giving me a 3 days free trial of the site but then when I cancelled on the second day they tried to take £6.00 from my card. This is a total scam

This is probably the only time I ever ordered something from a site without first reading reviews...I became complacent with my success at online ordering. My Genius Gift is a scam. They sent me junk that was nothing like what I had ordered...a 40 cent item that cost me $40.00. It was a cheap lesson, I guess. They are slimy thieves and crooks, and hopefully they won't be around much longer.

Same scam as indicated in other reviews, just thought I add to it.
Disguised as a 500+ pieces metal model to assemble and received a very bad resin model, I asked for refund and no answer, Then I contacted them trough Paypal and they offered 70% refund when I escalated the matter with Paypal I got all my moneys back.
Should have searched for reviews... as they definitely would have exposed the scam to mew before I made the order.

Total scam. Nothing else to say. Should have done my research. Costly mistake.

If I could give 0 stars , I would. What was ordered was a metal engine that could be pur together, What arrived was a plaster cast mild that roughly resembled an engine. A lump that is not worth 2 cents. BEWARE. Wish I had checked here first.

Bought a V8 500 piece engine and got a resin mold that looks like garbage. So far no refund or motor like in the order...sound like a scam...

DO NOT HAVE DEALINGS WITH THESE THIEVING CON-ARTISTS.

I ordered the V8 engine kit and received a $2 rubbish paperweight. Be cautious when dealing with this company, this was a scam.

Saw an ad on youtube for a V8 Model engine which you have to assemble. Ordered before Christmas, then I had a bad feeling about the order. Did a search online and found these reviews, so I contacted them prior to shipping to request a full refund; didn't receive it. However I did receive the item 25 days later which was as everyone else here said a lump of painted resin. Absolute SCAM!!

I purchased a 500+ piece V8 engine for my son to assemble and he was absolutely stoked to see it in action on their website. What we got was a chunk of resin that looks awful. I've contacted them to let them know they stole my money and am awaiting a response from them.

Ordered a 4 cylinder aluminum engine to build and was sent a worthless and poorly painted piece of resin.
offered a 30% refund.

Ordered 4cylinder engine model what turned up was what looked like a lump of clay poorly shaped into an engine
Contacted customer service they replied that only 30% refund was possible due to Covid
What they sent wasn’t worth 1%
Don’t purchase don’t get ripped off

This site is bs I ordered a 4-cylinder engine to assemble. Metal parts. I received a gross one piece of f plastic. Do not buy anything. They basically stoke my money

This is a clever website and looks legit and trustworthy, don't be conned. You will not receive what you ordered. They will ignore all contact.😤😤😤😤.
