This firm committed malpractice and totally screwed up my taxes

This firm committed malpractice.

After the initial consultation and payment, they ignored all of my communications.

I was never shown the progress on my taxes despite repeated requests. My taxes were not properly filed costing me thousands of dollars this year to clear everything up.
They did not inform me about, or file crucial forms despite me explaining clearly my situation as an expat.

Hortencia are her team are crooks.

They ignored all communications from the tax specialists trying to clear up the matter this year. Absolutely unprofessional!!

Also, I have posted a review on google about this firm, but they contact google to have the negative review removed, without ever accepting any responsibility.

Do NOT waste your money on this terrible company! They will royally screw up your tax situation.
