I have known Adrien and Pierre for over 13 years and as I have moved companies I have advocated that we partner with myGwork to ensure that we not only attract the best talent, but have a safe space to learn, grow and ask questions so that we can be the best employer we can for the LGBTIQA+ community.

Over the years myGwork has become more than a recruitment platform and more of a strategic business partner in the diversity and inclusion space. We work closely with myGwork around learning content, recruitment, EVP, ERG's and utilise guest speakers for key dates. Work Pride is a key event where we can participate but also open it up to all our people globally to be able to join webinars on topics that interest them.

I would not hesitate to recommend myGwork and look forward to continuing to work with them.

The team that supports our account is engaged and focused on the things that matter to us. As a Talent Acquisition leader, I am always measuring the impact of our investment and myGwork understands that focus and provides the information we desire. We see the ROI clearly in the results in the number of candidates that engage with our job posts and the number of hires we are making.

When I was first introduced to myGwork, I was going through a really difficult time dealing with homophobia at work. It was isolating and painful—but myGwork gave me a platform to share my story and, more importantly, a voice when I felt voiceless. That experience was a turning point for me.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working much more closely with myGwork over the past four years through my role at Booking.com. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible work they do to uplift LGBTQ+ professionals, foster inclusive workplaces, and push for real change—not just in theory, but in action.

It’s hard to measure the true impact of an organisation like myGwork, because so much of what they do touches people in deeply personal ways. But I can say with certainty: their impact is huge. For those who feel unheard, for companies looking to do better, and for the wider LGBTQ+ community—myGwork is a vital presence and a real force for good.

myGwork is simply the best LGBTQIA+ professional network, offering to the whole community a better way of communicating and sharing experiences and knowledge upon professional paths.

I didn't feel it was very informative. I didn't feel it covered the topic and introductions was too long. It felt like a general chit chat rather that information sharing.

The webinar was very informative and the perspectives shared felt genuine and authentic.

I loved it was a panel with the opportunity to learn from all perspectives.

I attended myGwork's panel discussion yesterday entitled "Embracing Neurodiversity: A New Approach." It was fantastic, and I came away with several new insights, including a major personal aha-moment I wish I would have experienced years ago when I was leading teams.

Wonderful content, the presenters were knowledgeable and well spoken and definitely engaged with each other and even the chats that were constantly coming through.

Love the passion everyone brought to the room.

it gives us a more hopeful feeling that someone cares about pushing this topic forward, and for neurodivergent people, that they can feel normal and safe.

This zoom meeting really was an eye opener for me. i have always wanted to be an ally however there was so much I did not understand and I really appreciate everyone one on the panel for opening up and sharing their stories.

This company has a lot of events that are always thoughtful, informative and inclusive, creating spaces and support systems that people may not have access to in their day to day lives.

Most contents are US specific, just a few are aimed at global markets, and very few are specific for Hispanic or any other culture, which is important as the panorama is quite different.
The contents, while good and informative, rarely address the complexity we are living around the world. It is surprising that after all the controversy on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion coming from the US government, just a few notes were published.
Events are good, plain good, and usually no accessibility options are offered, either support decks or recordings (even for attendees).
The community has no interaction at all; after 5 years, it hasn't show any changes or improvements to engage users to relate, or job postings or mentoring opportunities.
The newsletter is so weak, with priority to display sponsorships over relevant, updated content.
