My Hookah Canada has great customer service.
I ordered from the USA based website and did not find out until after placing my order that the shipping will come from Canada.
After calling a few times, I was treated with great care.
George was able to track my order down and see it had not been shipped yet so he was able to cancel my order and issue a refund.
No questions asked, fantastic service.
If Iwere in canada or had more time to wait for customs, I would order from them again.

Missing part, and I wanted to resolve issue sent out two emails in 3 weeks no one got back to me and finaly I said I want to return the item again no one got back to me.

We did respond to both of your emails and explained the full return process, along with a link to our return policy. It seems there may have been some confusion about the hookah that you ordered, but we shipped exactly what was placed in the order.
When you reached out, we also provided contact details for the manufacturers of both products, the hookah and the HMD, so they could explain to you how to use them properly. Since the HMD had already been used, we couldn’t accept a return as per our policy.
We understand your frustration, but we did our best to help within the guidelines we have in place.

I am very satisfied with the service! George went above and beyond to meet all my expectations, delivering a high-quality experience. The hookah is fantastic and arrived safely. However, the tobacco bowl was scratched, which was disappointing, as this was my first hookah and I was really excited.
But George quickly resolved the issue, allowing me to choose a replacement bowl and delivering it at no extra cost. His prompt response and attention to customer satisfaction truly stand out.
Excellent service overall. I am very pleased and will continue to recommend this store to everyone.
