Took my sons money and disappeared

Took my son’s money in November 2025, contacted just before lessons to say the instructor was sick. My son asked if he could wait until the New Year due to his annual leave at work, they never got back to him apart from an email showing the instructor he was due to learn with set up with was struck off the dvsa register.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

I must agree with all the previous reviews & I wish I had read them before we booked a fast track course our son.
We spent just over £500 over a year ago & only received 2hrs of tuition after multiple calls to the company.
Be prepared for zero customer service & no response to any complaints or concerns.
Our son has since passed his test through the conventional booking system & we have been trying to recoup some of our fees, but do not hold out much hope.
This Company is a complete scam & should be shut down.
I hope people read these reviews & don’t fall into the same trap we have.

Avoid unless you want the hassle of going to court to recoup money spent and not refunded. The company took the payment for 12 hours of lessons and the cost of a driving test. They did not provide the lessons as per the contract and have now gone silent. Currently in the process of claiming through small claims court.

AVOID

AVOID - SCAM - FRAUDSTERS
If I could give 0 stars I would - avoid this company at all costs. The Pass People I would recommend in a heartbeat!!!
They kept my money for well over a year with excuse after excuse every time a test date came near - bearing in mind at no point did I receive any correspondence from the DVLA leading me to believe no test had even been booked (had multiple emails once I used a better company).
The first excuse - 2 DAYS BEFORE MY TEST was that the instructor didn't cover the postcode - So why pair me with the instructor in the first place?? The next excuse resulted in being asked if I could borrow a friends car even though I had none of the hours nor the instructor that I paid for, the next excuse and delay tactic was the instructor disputing how many hours I had and lying to suggest I had less than what id paid for!- after multiple calls and emails where I was told id get updates that never came and after being patient for over a year I gave up! Staff are lovely on the phone and do just enough to get you off the phone and then nothing comes to fruition. I could have lost my job based in their incompetence and inability to provide a service that they charge for - If you want a test and a proper service use somewhere else - they take your money and rely on you just giving up - disgusting!
Would also like to know where all their crap reviews have disappeared to - there were pages and pages of 1 star reviews with people having similar experiences and then disgusting replies sent by their 'customer service' calling people liars - strange how they are not there now hey!!! AVOID!

My son paid this company nearly £900…

My son paid this company nearly £900 for his course. He was allocated a driving instructor called Clare from E4 who after a lengthy period of me ringing up turned up for an induction lesson. After I booked with her other dates she cancelled at the last minute and it was excuse after excuse and she never turned up for another lesson. I rang her to be given excuse after excuse.i I have waited over 3 months and have been in constant contact with the company who have informed me they cannot get the money back and are pursuing legal lines.
My contract was with the company and not the instructor who they have sourced and they took my money so surely the decent and moral and legal thing would be to refund my son and and claim the money back of the instructor.
I have been informed she has just returned from her holidays and promised to refund the money to the company last Friday but has now gone quiet and is refusing to communicate.
My don lost days of work waiting for her to turn up for pre booked lessons and has cost myself and the family time and stress.
I am now lodging a CCJ as advised by citizen advice against this company and complaining about them and the instructor to the DVSA
Please avoid at all costs save yourself heartache and stress .
This is not transparent and the company take your money falsely advertising a service which is against trading laws and failing in their duty of care to their customers.

Read the terms and conditions!!!!

We booked well in advance of my son turning 17 so he could make the most of intensive lessons the week after his birthday. These dates were given to this company at the time of booking. It now turns out he won't be allocated an instructor until he has passed his theory test (which he is taking on his birthday) so by the time he gets his first driving lesson the week he has free after his birthday will more than likely have been and gone.

Scammers

Scammers. They do not get you a fast track course. I ended up having to get my driving instructor to find me a cancellation. I was waiting for a cancellation from August to November 2024 and wasn't provided with any cancellation, and after contacting, I realised I'd have to make my own arrangements, as the test that had eventually been booked was for March 2025, and my theory expired in February 2025. Moreover, never have I been met with such poor and rude customer service in my life, and was told I was lying on the phone. Be very careful, they tell you one thing and then say something completely different the next. This company will only pair you with a driving instructor in your area and charge you a premium. They didnt even contact me for payment of the instructor i had to contact them to remind them about paying and then they didnt even transfer the money to my driving instructor telling him he must be lying as they had transferred it (it was later found that they had in fact not transferred the money). DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". Don't normally log on to write reviews, but this had to be written!
