I love my covers, just waiting on one that was back ordered... I did unfortunately crack one while tightening up the screw. It isn't horrible? And I may buy a replacement because there's some other outlet covers I want to replace as well.. im very happy with my purchase overall..
Received Wrong Product, Unreliable CS
i received the wrong product by overnight shipping the middle of last week. i immediately called it in, sent them pictures, told them it was urgent, i had a project that was stuck. The customer service rep accepted the mistake and told me they'd get back the next morning. Nada. No call back, no email. It seems they are just a front - they use third-party suppliers who drop ship. I'm now stuck in some kind of third-party loop.
Did have to make a modification
Shopping at MyKnobs.com was a good experience. I appreciated finding a style that closely matched the ones on my cabinet. It was easy to order and the products came quickly. The only problem (which I didn't know until I removed the old knobs) is that the ones I bought are different than the original ones. The original ones had a part that inserted into the cabinet and which the screws screwed into. Both old and new screws were too short to reach the bought ones, so I had to purchase longer ones at the hardware store. They're working okay now.

I orderd 16 knobs from this company as this was the only outlet that carried the knobs my client had chosen. After understanding the 3-5 days for handling, and paying extra for the 2 day shipping, 8 days later, no knobs. I made a call into the company, and the service rep said that they were back ordered. She DID offer to cancel the order for me, or we could wait. Why was there no information about being back ordered on the web site? Had I have known, I would have taken a different route. Now I have a MAD client, am stuck ordering different knobs from Amazon, and I still can not get paid from this kitchen remodel.
MyKnobs.com service rep did cancel my order without any problem, but it still frustrates me. Call to check on the availibility of the product PRIOR to ordering...

Purchased knob for all my doors off…
Purchased knob for all my doors off their website and chose items in stock. I paid for next day air and they never arrived. I call to find out what is going because I needed these as part of a job that was going on at my house. I was told that they did not everything in stock and when I asked why didn't anyone call to tell me they didn't have an answer (super unprofessional), had I know this was going to take longer I would have ordered elsewhere, that is why I ordered these NEXTY DAY AIR. I was told that they could partially ship what was in stock and that the balance would ship the next week. I then call to get an update and they cannot provide me with one for the balance, I was told they have to email a request for status and that it could take days to hear back. I cannot believe the lack of customer service or the fact that they cannot get proper information, who operates like this?

Wow! I have to say, I was nervous about ordering knobs and hinges on line, but MyKnobs was incredible! What amazing customer services and the Emtek brass door knobs and hinges are beautiful and extremely high quality - and much cheaper thru Myknobs then through local knob companies I looked at. I first ordered the door knobs. I ordered one to make sure they would work and they were perfect. I then ordered the hinges in the same color (french antique brass)-but I ordered STEEL base hinges and not the brass hinges so the color was different enough to the knobs that I needed to reorder. MyKnobs made it so easy for me to return my steel based hinges and order the brass based ones. I did have to pay the shipping fee to return them, but they didn't charge me a re-stocking fee.
And EVERYONE I talked to on the phone was so helpful and had clear notes about my order. The wait time on the phone can be a bit long- but if you hit option 5 they will absolutely call you back - and they were very quick about calling me back every time!
I will absolutely use MYKNOBS if I need anymore hardware. They were awesome, have top-line products and customer service ALWAYS called me back quickly and were so helpful!

Customer service is awful
First, my door fixture was supposed to ship in 2-3 days, but did not arrive. Called customer service to cancel, but was not able to get through. Re-ordered from another company and arrived in the advertised time. Then, about 3 weeks later, I was still trying to get a refund from the purchase, and to my chagrin, a !defective! product suddenly arrived from MyKnobs (I was even more mad). Of course, again, could not get customer service to help send back or get a refund (bottom line, just ate the loss)... I wish I could give a negative star rating to this awful company...

I paid $407 for an entryway doorknob and deadbolt
My contractor installed it in my new door and tried the key. The key won't come out. I took it to a lock smith and he told me the deadbolt is faulty. I filed a complaint with Myknobs and it took over a week for them to respond. Myknobs told me they would assess the problem and get back to me. I complained about 4 more times and threatened to file a complaint with the attorney general. I received a return label from them. I decided to buy another deadbolt instead, only because it's easier and less time consuming. I'm still filing a complaint with the attorney general though, as $407 is A LOT of money to spend for faulty items.

I only received half of my order
I only received half of my order. The drawer pulls arrived, but the two backplates (item #RKI-08181) have not.
Update: The missing parts were shipped once this review was posted. Great job amending the error.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Would not cancel my order. Shipped 4 days later and for me to return, there is a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping.
Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! All the positive reviews were written by people who are paid to write reviews. Read the most current reviews, and you will discover that this company is fraudulent. I lost nearly $50 on an order that was never filled but my credit card was charged. Others have lost more. Don’t order from this company if you don’t want to throw away your money.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received an item but it was missing a part.
I contacted customer service only to have the representative yell at me that she did not understand what my problem was...naturally with that type of behavior on the other end of the line I was not going to get anywhere, thus I hug up and wrote an email to customer service, I got an auto response via email with a ticket number. A week later I wrote again since I had not heard back from anyone to address my concern of having received an item with a missing part. I'm on my third week and I have yet to hear back from this company. I have spent around $500 in orders, well no more I don't need the aggravation of putting up with NO customer service and have a useless item I spent money on .
