Oddly I love this watch...but my experience with them (so far I purchased 2...and am about to buy a 3rd) would not deserve any other than a very poor rating. The first one was at Amazon and it had problems right away... particularly the functionality of the center dial which was completely unresponsive... contacting Amazon to return...they didn't want it back and refunded me...it was from their "Used" Warehouse division. The second was from Office Depot...my wife paid like $100+...it worked for 6 months then stopped charging... It was the charger but the company would not provide a replacement or sell one. I contacted customer service ( One Year Warranty) we communicated back and forth for 2 months. They had me prove I bought one and make a video showing its dysfunction. I did all they asked and they agreed it was dysfunctional...but then said I had to take it back to Office Depot...who informed me it was a MFG's Warranty. By that time the year had elapsed. I found the charger from the first one and it worked...kind of...but I had to spend ages each time to get the watch and charger to connect...now the battery runs out quickly and charging it for 8 hours gets me a 70% charge which lasts 36 hours.
Why would I buy yet another...good question...I must be demented. But the watch WAS a good idea. Just not well implemented and the company is simply not going to or not able to fix the problems.

I ordered a ZeTime about a month ago (early July, 2024), directly from MyKronoz. After a week or so, I got a notice that the order was complete and shipped on the 15th. Since then, the tracking has said that the USPS is awaiting the item in Henderson, Nevada. After a couple days, I used the contact form on their website to enquire about it. I got a standard boilerplate "we apologize(blah blah), we're looking into it (blah blah), please reach out if you need anything else (blahblahblah)." Well, a few more days went by and on the 25th, I contacted them again, and said I'd like a refund, as it seems quite obvious that this item isn't going to ship, and never received a response to that. I replied twice to the original reply via email, and get the same response each time, after at least two days of waiting. I'm still waiting, still getting the "Sorry, it sucks, but we're working on it" reply. So I'm most likely just out $80. At least it isn't $800 or something.

No quality control. Very unreliable products
First purchased a Zetime elite watch and some Zebuds in Aug 2020 the buds failed after 10 months (the right one just stopped working) since then I have had no less than 6 replacements, including upgrading to the premium ones, all of which have had various faults from new that render them unusuable.
Usually it's at least one of the buds will not hold a charge. The watch HR monitor stopped after 14 months. Custer service is ok but they just keep offering a credit note and then the replacement item is faulty anyway. Their products look good but they are so unreliable. Lesson learned, such a shame.
Avoid at all costs.
Bought a zetime premium as a 2020 Christmas present. The pedometer and distance tracker didn’t work from the start and by February the battery wouldn’t hold its charge for more than 2 hours even when being used purely as a watch.
After almost two months of going back and forth and being refused a refund I relented and accepted a replacement. The model we had previously was no longer in stock so I had to pay to upgrade to a different one.
This one arrived in May 2021 and now, mid June has stopped working. At first it wouldn’t charge and now it has had an illuminated but blank screen for two days.
Huge shame as the watches promise so much and look great on but deliver less than a knock off watch from a holiday market that stops working when you try to change the time.

I was bought this watch by my children as a fathers day gift a year ago, the battery charger has stopped working so I emailed your company about buying a replacement and was told that you do not sell them on there own,and that I would have to buy a new watch,I find this absolutely ludicrous, there is no after care ,and your customer care as you call it should be renamed customer don't care because you actually couldn't give a toss about your customers

Shameful experience. Ordered watch and buds in late Jan. Sat with a status of "Label created but not handed to courier" for a week. Emailed customer service to be told the matter would be escalated to Web Store manager to get the order moving. Over a week later i received an email saying my order was being refunded because "it was not taken into account due to a technical problem". I asked why they would do this instead of just soving the glitch and fulfilling the order. The response from customer agent Marvin..."It's because that's our way of doing things". Seeing what's on trust pilot, i'm probably fortunate.

Received a watch in november and it wil l not charge and the hour hand is not moving
contacted the sevice desk by mail but they are not responding of any kind and that is more than a month now.
So the watch looks nice but the servise is horrible.
Rubbish watch, rubbish service
This is by far the worst customer service I have come across. got the watch for my 60th, and apart from keep losing the link to my phone, the hour hand stopped working. Sent them my issue earlier this year. CV19 aside, they responded in July, asking for the original invoice/receipt which I sent. After many mails, they haven't responded. Awful, awful customer service
Zero customer service
As below really - watch arrived damaged and packaged badly (as in, I can't get it out without causing further damage) and absolutely no response from their customer services team. Check their Facebook and you'll see hundreds of identical complaints - wish I'd had the foresight to.
Awful product
Awful product. Do NOT buy their watches.
My first watch from them was a lemon. They replaced it.
The second watch was a lemon . They replaced it.
The third watch was a lemon and they would not replace it.
Three watches that all failed miserbly. Three strikes and they are out.
Spend the extra money for an Apple watch instead. Better quality product and better customer service. That will be my next smartwatch.

This has to be the worst product I have ever purchased, the set up process is unbelievably difficult and takes more than an hour to complete, the charger is very sporadic, I had to use a clamp to hold it in place, they sent me a new charger which took weeks to arrive but it was just the same . The watch is slow to react and every time you put it on charge you have to go through the ridiculous process of resetting the time.
The only thing this company is interested in is how much money they raised through crowd funding ,try spending some of it on the product and development.
Plagued with problems, terrible service
My fiancée and I both got a watch, multiple watch bands, and two chargers from this company. I have a rose gold watch band that I never wear anymore because it turns my wrist green, and my leather watch strap broke the first week I wore it. My fiancées watch had the sensor fall out the back, and his watch band unclicks when he moves his wrist, and one of our chargers stopped working entirely. Both of our watches and chargers are under warranty, and although they promised to send a new one, they have changed their minds and we have been going back and forth for TWO MONTHS trying to get this dealt with... and still nothing.
Aside from that, the watch counts sleep time as time off your wrist or on the charger (so my sleep count it never accurate), it constantly drops from Bluetooth so much that I had to turn the vibrate notifications off on my watch, and the OS is just not that great. I love the look of the watches, but we have been plagued with so many problems with both of our watches, had terrible customer service, and would therefore recommend that you buy almost anything else. I previously had a old fit bit, and it worked so much more reliably than this, so steer clear of you want something that works.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. I sent in a support ticket on the 18th May 2018 asking for help with my faulty watch. They responded on the 22nd June 2018 saying they don't support products sold by retailers.
Please be careful of this company as they don't seem to have any phone number and zero customer service.
Fortunately I was able to return it to TK Maxx for a refund

I have a Zeround 2 HR. There are a lot of bugs in the software. Sleep tracking does not load to the phone. Actvitiy results are not uploaded automatically. The watch often looses connection with the phone, despite being nearby. It has improved over time, but performance is still below average. The Dutch translation is a google translate result, wich gives hylarious texts.
The good news: calling with the watch is working fine and the watch survived being under the shower. This is why I bought the watch for. Also the looks is great and the strap very practical.
The support is very fast
The support is very fast, respons 12 min after submitting a request and comes with a solution that enables me to ordre a new wristband on the webshop fro free. :)

Do not deal with this company! I ordered three watches as a backer of their ZeTime project on Kickstarter. Not only have they failed to deliver them, they also refuse to respond to any communication or give any idea when or even if my watches will be delivered.
I don’t know whether this is due to total incompetence or it is a scam, but there appears to be a lot of people in the same position.
It looks as though I have written off over £200 with them.
Din’t Fall into the same trap.
