Wish I had read reviews before ordering shoes !! Ordered 2 pairs of trainers on 24 th Feb waited 4 weeks when they arrive they were the wrong size . Ordered size 7 received size 4 and size 9 . Numerous e mails with no results and £53 in debt .!!!!

The item is absolutely terrible quality and looks nothing like the image in the website.
It’s called Myla London but the delivery is from china and takes 4 weeks.
I don’t understand how they can pose as a London company when product is cheap and rubbish from China which is not in line with the delivery information on their website. On the website it shows high rating in trustpilot but when searched in trust pilot directly, it’s abysmal!
Cannot believe it’s a website and is allowed to sell items, fraudsters!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes that looked great on there website and when they arrived they were very bad looked nothing like the ones they advertised and I returned them but had to send back to china but because they can't track them so they say and because it has been more than 30 days they say I can't have a refund very bad firm to deal with they are robbers don't by from them as I wouldn't have done if I had read these reviews stay clear and spend money somewhere else and get better product and service never again 40.00 down the drain

I really wish I’d read these reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered a body suit backless bra from here. I ordered two as I was not sure of sizes, with the intention of sending one back. I had my worries when I couldn’t find a clear returns process on the website, and then you had to email someone to start the process. I was then told that o couldn’t return it for hygiene reasons. At no point did it tell me I couldn’t return these items for this reason, else I wouldn’t have ordered it. The item itself was very poor quality too. I will never shop with these again.

Like all the other reviews I’m afraid I have been connned , 14 days since my order and nothing. Tried to contact them but their email does not exist, I wish I had read the reviews before buying .

Crooks. And their partners at Loja Myla & Luxury & Co. Say items delivered but never arrive. No way of contacting them. WARNING DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM

(MYLA) Do not buy from this company they are crooks after 2 months,they take your money and you dont receive your item,they say its been delivered but it ain’t,they say to get in touch with the couriers as it’s them that has the parcel but they wont speak to you because of data protection and this company says they can’t speak to them these are crooks and I’m now gonna have to get my credit card company to sort this out this company is very unprofessional and are not helpful at all all they want is your money and that’s it avoid these like the plague this is not auk company it’s all from china and they will not refund you check out their reviews I wish I did before I ordered disgusting company to deal with I wouldn’t even give one star if I could if you value your hard earned money

Would not even give one star ,item claimed delivered I never received it picture taken at the door ,a doors look the same no number in the delivery picture ,and still there never refunded or resent

Do not buy from this company. Item arrived but was not as described on the website and poor quality. Tried to return to then be told it would cost me between £20-£60 but if I kept the item they would give me 100%discount on my next purchase. I will not be buying anything from them again.

0 stars- 1 is too good for this joke of a company! PLEASE do yourself a favour and read these reviews before you make the same mistake as myself and others. The item sent out to me was COMPLETELY different to what was advertised & took 3 weeks to arrive. Not to mention it was shipped from china and came in an Amazon shipping bag. Clearly their returns policy regarding items being incorrect or not as described is a load of bollo**s as when I stated the item did not match the description I was told it would still be £20 to return!!! GET THIS COMPANY SHUT DOWN.

I agree with all reviews about very poor quality and the shoes look NOTHING LIKE IMAGES ONLINE.

This company is a scam, Please avoid at all costs. Item sent completely different to online photos. Cheaply made disgusting item sent. Not fit for the dustbin!! Thought I was buying from Europe as Netherlands address and contact number are onsite. They are frauds in China

Do not order anything from this brand. The sizing is not standard so you will have to return items you buy on line. I returned my items and I have not been refunded on top of that they have ignored all of my requests for a refund and to talk to anyone to discuss this. I’m owed over £200 and it’s now been three months and still no response. It’s absolutely disgusting and I’m sure their CEO will be interested to hear my story of my dreadful experience. DO NOT USE MYLA LONDON ever! They are basically criminals!

Not even a one star. Don’t buy from this website if you might want to return the items. Customer service awful. Charge large import fees if outside UK.
Borderline a scam really

Terrible customer service. Contacted them 3 times and via PayPal but no response. Finally received my items. Luckily they fitted as I don’t know what it would have been like waiting for a refund. Such a shame as the bras I brought were lovely

Do not order from this company. Don’t do it. The items are mediocre and they don’t bother sending you your items until you contact them personally to find out where your items are, then they respond with a form letter saying they are back ordered and that information was mentioned in the website(wasn’t). The duties are insanely high and the sizing is way off. It’s very different than North American sizing but even if you follow that, the bras are too small and the panties are too large. And if you want (and most likely you will want to) return items, they will not take care of shipping and you’re likely going to have to pay for duties AGAIN.
Also not one person has actually responded to me. So….mediocre product. Inaccurate sizing. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Astonishing duty and shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

For a so-called luxury company, absolutely no class at all. Might as well be selling from the back of a van. Advised I would get notification of when the order was sent, nothing for seven days. Once I had contacted, someone deigned to let me know this was delayed due to a stocktake! Then a notification that two items had been refunded, no message, no apology, just a blithe '2 items refunded'. Honestly, if this is your idea of service, and your customers are this much bother for you, please just call it a day and hand over the reins to your classier-by-far competitors or administrators.

I’ve been bombarded with adverts for Myla London on my Instagram the last two weeks (sexist Valentine’ Day advertising that’s not just from this women’s underwear company). However, what Myla London is doing differently is using various different slim models with very large breasts (I wonder why?), despite not catering for this size and shape of woman in their product catalogue. They do not sell sizes below a band size 32 (some of these women mayyy just be a 32 band but I am a 30 and not as slim as them) or above a cup size of E. These women cannot be below a 30FF/32F as, again, they are slimmer and larger chested than me and I am a 30FF.

I can only call this objectification to increase sales and false advertising (presumably they give these models very large bras i.e. a 36E and pin them at the back).

I messaged Myla London to a week ago enquire what size of bra their advert models are wearing (models who are not to be seen on their website), explaining why so as not appear creepy, and have unsurprisingly not received a response. I would avoid this sexist company who is happy to objectify, and therefore add to the sexualisation of slim, larger chested women but not actually to sell to them.
