25th of November I won 950 pound on the 28th there was technical issues, after I was told I had been paid and the money was with my bank, I rang my bank which of course no money was there contacted the service team the said my bank refused payment they did not, since then I've been promised I be paid out today to which I have not, customer service agents can not update or even say when I will be paid out and refused a manager then stated there is no manager in today. Why isn't there a manger when 100 of customers are waiting for you to fix theses apparant technical issues and pay them out!!!!!!

Received an email telling me the site is shutting. I'd already requested payout of my winnings prior to that which should have credited to my account today.... Yet I've woken up to an email saying payout failed even though they have credited the same account before. Clearly just hoping I'll spend the money on their site. I want the money that I am owed and I want it immediately. Shocking and illegal behaviour to withhold my funds.

Absolute con company, I have been playing their daily million game since it started and won nothing at all . The odd are supposed to be 1:33 of a win , those odds given my participation in the game , do not add up. Do not tell me they are regulated by the GB Gambling Commission because the gambling commission issue licences but do not continually check the way the games are played or if there is any underhanded fixing of games going on. I doubt this company has ever paid out any large winnings at all. There is no winning data for each lottery , numbers played how many winners for each tier etc. Even the national lottery , which is another money making fixed scam, publishes winning data. Steer clear of these con artists.

One Hundred per cent increase!!!
I have been a member of MYLotto24 for quite some time and used the German Lotto and Irish lotto quite a lot. MyLotto24 has increased the price of the German Lotto 100% from £1 per game to £2 which I think is exorbitant. When I queried this with their Customer Services I was told it was to keep up with other Lotto companies. I have now left MyLotto24 and do not trust them at all.the German Lotto has always been cheaper than other lotteries as the jackpot is a lot smaller. I will be writing to the German Lottery company to ask if they know about this price increase.

Poor Customer Service!
Another bad experience with a betting company, this time myLotto24.
Started by requesting a free call back via the website where ive selected to be contacted between 11am and 2pm, result, no one rang. I have then tried to called them, the message received after selecting the option to buy tickets was "none of our customer service representatives is available, good bye"... I then started a live chat with Annemarie Schwarz, which after 3 of my questions the representative said "is there anything else I can do for you today?" while I was still typing. I have said that patiente was not his/her best skill and the representative wished me a good day and left the chat.
These companies must make millions and not need my £240 monthly subscription.
Poor Customer Service!
