Order placed close to Christmas but no problems and order arrived promptly.

Ordered an SD card that said 3-5 days delivery, didn't turn up. Then get an email over a week later saying it's not in stock? At least they refunded me quickly but that took a few days to come back too. Weird.

Paid for a sd card, waited for over a week, got intouch with them to say not received, and they replied, I'd received it, but I hadn't .

I’ve been using MyMemory for donkeys years now and never had a problem. Their gear is modern and innovative and reliability has never been an issue.
Although posted from the Channel Islands delivery also seems prompt and speedy.

Fake Sony speaker. From first second you can feel the difference, I bought second one to pair with my first one bought from Sony. Mymemory sold a fake impossible to connect and very bad quality. Stupid return and refund policy. Waste of time and health

So I've been using My Memory for over 10years+ and always found this was the place to come for all your Memory needs, always great prices, and reasonable delivery charges,
However over last couple of yours the Company has slipped so far down on its service you have to question why people are still using them,

For the second time I have ordered from My Memory had have not received my items, the only difference this time I paid through PayPal, who refunded me my money, My memory said in an email please allow more time due to postal delays? Well Royal mail said they have NO delays what so ever, with No tracking you are left with no way to follow your order, 4weeks on My Memory is still saying it's delayed in the post which is a lie,
The only option was to make a PayPal claim for refund, so after many many years of using My Memory uk I've now come to the conclusion that you may as well use alternative companies like Amazon, at least you can track the package, get your items next day NOT next month, and the price difference? Well not really any difference, My Memory is going to the wall slowly but surely, they are not the company I remember from the past, poor customer service, poor delivery options, for what? To save a few pennies? Ebay or amazon is the better alternative

What's not to like?

It's terrible that you can't add an honest review because it's viewed by a webmaster first, so obviously, when it's bad, it won't be added. Also, they are taking the cheapest items from Aliexpress and selling them in the UK at five times the price.

Have used MyMemory a few times, always an excellent experience. As usual easy to order and delivered exactly on time. Well done MyMemory. I will continue to order from you.

i have been using this company for over 5 years now and i have only a had only 1 faulty usb drive. i have got over 80 usb drives with the same type. I still buy mymemory usb drives and integral from 16gb to 1tb.
i am very happy with the price and they come to me within 7 days when i order them.

Worst customer service. Website says item will be delivered within 2-3 working days and tracking number will be provided. None of this is true. Item never arrived and junk tracking number provided which doesn't exist. Customer service agent reply like a bot without solving the problem. Avoid!
