I am most disappointed with Muro in…

I am most disappointed with Muro in terms of supply and customer support. I bought and paid for a core starter element of a MURO product for our 2yr old Granddaughter as a Christmas gift. I was casually emailed in regard to my order. And still waiting several weeks later to be contacted as when, where or how my order is to be fulfilled? It must be a bit of a joke? High flying marketing has to be supported by the ability to supply a product equal to it. I would not recommend this Company.
