I paid 700dkk for a jumper and two jeans. The jumper came without the fur-hood on, and missing the buttons to actually attach to the hoodie.
The jeans were not low rise eventhough that is what i ordered, horrible quality and even missing the hole to push the button through, so you cant even wear the jeans.
Customer service only offering me 20-30% back of the full price i paid, eventhough they have sent me products with major mistakes, that i am unable to use, when they should return me the full amount.

Scam company prying on teenagers. My daughter recently bought a jumper at DKkr 299,- from MyMystique.dk after seeing the item on TikTok. Right after her purchase she got suspicious and asked me - a journalist - to check them out, and we wrote them to cancel the order before it was send.
They did not acknowledge the cancellation. Withdrew the reserved amount, and sent an email saying the purchase had been shipped. Two weeks later there is no sign of my daughter’s money or the purchase.
MyMystique.dk fraudulently use TikTokers advertisements as if it was their advertising, and thus scam young customers. Stay away.
