It doesnt work!!

It doesnt work!!! The dynamic QR Code is too slow to open, and then, when it is show até the machine reader, there are some error message on the screen…The staff dont help and send you to the vending machine to purchase another ticket (that isnt cheap) like of you hadnt one yet!!! Terrible experience!!! Full of stress

Poor queue management at station toilets

The queue management at station toilets is over-engineered and cumbersome, which results in unnecessarily long queues. It's great that the toilets are kept clean, however, in some stations only one cubicle is available when there appeared to be others which might've been able to be used.

If I could put 0 stars I would..

If I could put 0 stars I would... we got these passes for the Cinqueterre as that was the suggestion from the tourist office. In comparison to the CT website they were 1.25€ more expensive per person per day on the MyPass app. Installing the app was difficult as it would crash your phone every time you opened it. Once you could get into the app, the confusion to get the tickets was terrible, it was showing a large amount which didn't match the amount advertised. Once we sorted the tickets they were on the app but you need internet to open the app and on the trains where you are likely to be checked (which we were) we couldn't open the app as there is no phone service on the trains between the towns or on the platforms. There is no option to save these tickets to the wallet. Also throughout the day the app would crash and you would have to un-install the app and re-install the app and go through reinstate purchase to show your ticket. The software on the phones that were used was the latest software and this happened on 4 different devices.
This has so much potential to be amazing yet it has well and truly missed the mark. Very very disappointed

The App has a specific caching function to allow to operate without connection, function that clearly was not working for you due to the crash you reported. From the description we assume you were using iOS devices. Our team will start investigating the issue immediately.
Consider that at time of order, emails should have been received both from us and Cinque Terre Park including a link to download a PDF version of the tickets. This would have been a backup solution.
We cannot locate your account using the provided name of this post.
Please write to us to support@mypass.technology or provide us a phone number where we can contact you. We can propose you reimbursement or compensation for the lack of service you have received.

The parking pass thankfully worked

The parking pass thankfully worked, but when it came to the toilet pass, it was faulty. We arrived at one of the toilets and we had the voucher ready, but the lady responsible for letting people pass, would not accept the voucher. She kept refusing us and demanded cash. And it seemed like everyone who had to use this toilet only paid in cash. So we ended up paying for a voucher (10 euro) and 3 euros for me and my partner to use the toilet once..

Fine but could be better

App is confusing when you first use it -took awhile to find the pass and how to access it properly. Would be easier with just a PDF of the ticket. Purchased a three-day pass and it’s honestly a little pricey considering the train ticket is inclusive of everything. Still had a wonderful time visiting the Teresa

Wasted money

We wasted almost 40 euros for a pass that we were barely able to use. We purchased the train pass for the Cinque Terre area but due to all the delays and train cancellations we basically got to use the train just one time for the entire day (so 10 euros) and my partner visited the bathroom three times in the train stations (3 euros). We had to skip visiting two of the villages and we barely had time to visit the other three because we were delayed so much by the trains.
All in all, I would not recommend buy the Cinque Terre Train Pass as it's wasted money.

the Cinque Terre Train Card offers the access to the Cinque Terre Park area and many other things beyond the use of regional and fast regional trains in second class between Levanto & La Spezia. Among these the free use of the toilets in Riomaggiore, Vernazza and Monterosso. We are sorry that your experience was unpleasant but we obviously can't control the trains and their management, it's Trenitalia's job.

Only use on Regional trains between La Spezia and Levanto

Used this as it advertised for use on all regional travel around cince terra region It works and saves a little
What it does it tell you is that is only between Levanto and La Spezia fortunately the guard in the train let us off with a 50 euro fine each as the card machine would not work
BEWARE purchase tickets for trains if you are travelling further from Levanto for instance

Crap.

Crap.
Someone was able (and I blame this site) to book tickets using my mail address. Reply from customer support on this was useless as well.
Please verify the mail address first before you let someone use it to buy tickets.

Unnecessary

We had booked tickets for publica transport in Venice (vaporetto, people mover, etc.). Basically it was not necessary to use Mypass: we thought we would get an electronic ticket, so everything would be super smooth and we could avoid potential queues in front of the ticket office/vending machines. But in the end all we got from Mypass was a voucher and you still had to go to the vending machine to collect your ticket there. Could have safed the 3 Euros processing fees and bought the tickets directly at the vending machine.

Pay-Per-Use is a SCAM. Absolutely not worth it.

It is not per use, it is per rules that do not benefit the users. For 2 lifts and 6 minutes on them I was charged 29€, these lifts would have been 9€ if it was per use, because this is what the cost of it really is. For 6 days and 2 ski passes we paid 727 euros in total and we did not even ski everyday all day, 2 out of 6 was only an hour- 2 hours. Per person, this is more than a regular 6-day pass which would have been 360 if we bought it on the spot and even cheaper if we had bought it in advance online. It may be worth it for longer, seasonal use, but for the week's pass it is much more expensive. We will never use this again. Not only because of the price but because of false advertising that should be illegal.

We made several checks on your account to check for errors, and indeed there are none.

You probably did not understand the real benefit of the pay-per-use service. As you yourself say, you skied some days all day, some days 1-2 hours, so for six consecutive days.

You had the possibility to ski as comfortably as you wanted, and that's the kind of agility and flexibility we want to give to our skiers.

If you had pre-purchased the 6-day ski pass-(which includes 6 full days of skiing) you would have spent 740 euros (the sunday rule price of the Madonna di Campiglio ski area for 2 people is included).
Using the Mypass ski service you spent 727 euros (including the sunday rule and including the service price for 2 adults)
If you had pre-purchased each individual ski pass day by day, you would have spent even more!

We are very sorry that your experience was not satisfactory, and we would be more than happy to hear from you by our customer service to help you change your mind about the quality of our service.

Perhaps in this case the service was not well understood, although you took advantage of precisely the flexibility that we offer, paying the best calculated rate compared to all possible fares... moreover, a fixed discount is applied to the use of Mypass ski on the official prices, always.

The worst experience ever of one city pass

I am very disappointed with this pass. First, we have bought 2x passes and the system just make it 1x pass per two days. Second, we had to stand in a line for purchasing tickets because the barcodes didn’t work. We have spent 15 min at the ticketing office while they were figuring out how to issue a ticket for us, finally they did, they gave us a paper ticket and said that we can use it only at some museums and they don’t know how to use it at other facilities. I have wrote and email asking the MyPass Venice about the barcode and the dates, also I have asked about coming to their office that they can issue us another tickets, but the answer was that we can use a PNR code instead of the barcode (and it means that we are no longer with the “skip the line” option), and that the tickets are both valid from today (so the dates are ok). The other disappointment was that this pass works only at the Doge Palace and nowhere else that is very popular. At a lot of entrances there are the signs that All Venice pass is not working here.
So, this pass is not worth buying it at all. Don’t waste your time and nerves.
