Ordered two bushes from company. Their shipping method is beyond stupid. They shipped the plants laying flat in a four foot box. not standing up, laying flat. when I picked them up most of the soil fell out of the pot. Called them up, they don't answer the phone. got them on line and all you get is a beautiful bullshit response.

I paid $75 for three fig plants including shipping and handling. One is alive. Their response was, Too bad.

Ordered hydrangeas and roses, and they came in fantastic condition. The roses are already blooming and the hydrangeas have flower buds and are about to bloom. So excited to plant them!

Recently made a purchase via Costco and the plants were all carelessly tossed in a box and were all damaged upon arrival even tho the shipping container was in excellent condition. I contacted what passes for customer support in that place and they said it’s normal and acceptable and that everything “should” be fine.

Ordered a ZZ plant, arrived with soggy stems, mildew, and discoloration. Half of the plant is dead. I can probably save this plant, but it's going to take months to get it back to a healthy state

I ordered 4 types of blackberries from Amazon. They were invested with whiteflies. They only sent me three of the four that I ordered. But it was nice that they still charged me for the four. Not to mention that all my citrus trees were now invested with whiteflies. I live in zone 7 so I was acclimating the blackberries which now I couldn’t because they were invested.

I ordered a peach tree off of their website, and had some issues after it was planted. Kendall was extremely helpful and sent me some free fertilizer to help the tree.

I've ordered from Perfect Plants several times through various retailers including Walmart and Home Depot. I'm a user of their soil mixes, and fertilizers, and have bought indoor, landscape, and fruit plants from them.

The plants in particular have always been top-quality. I was kind of nervous to order them online, but they always arrived quickly and in beautiful condition.

That's why when I ordered a plant that looked a little less than "perfect" I was surprised! However- I reached out to their customer service and they shipped me a new one right away! I love supporting a family business, but I love it even more when they are so responsive - it keeps me coming back!

Ordered thru Tractor supply. CHICAGO HARDY FIG , it arrived damaged and infested. Several leaves were dried up brown patched from insects , new growth was broken off. I would not recommend. No response , only got links that made me feel like a dog chasing its tail. and a "NO return" policy, Link to damage exchange send you back to "NO return" .. Do not buy from them.

The plants both died upon arrival. I reached out and they offered me a $10 coupon. My order was $200. Bad customer service.

Expensive blackberry cane arrived dead and desicated. Reached out by both phone and email. Zero response. Not trustworthy to honor guarantee.

the warranty is no good do not use this company if their plants die within the time zone they will try to charge you to send you the replacement plants

I ordered from HomeDepot, the myperfectplant did shipped the wrong trees, twice! One was a replacement-still the wrong tree.

Don't order from them in Amazon. It will be the biggest mistake of your life.

They will not help you. Will question how a tree got in a location that wasn't supposed to go. Won't own their mistake. they will not refund. Trees will not last all. And I already grow trees on my own that had never died. I order them once and they all died fast.

Avoid them. Go to your own local nursery for trees. At least they can grant refunds and replacements with ease.

I did a large order and some of the plants were struggling and one actually died. I bought the guarantee for 1 year. The problem is they do not reply to emails or return phone calls as the calls just go to voicemail.

I ordered an ornamental tree from my perfect plants. It was easy to order. They were communicative through the process. The tree was PERFECT, much better than expected. Bravo!
