Having purchased before, I found quality, delivery, service and price were all excellent as expected. Difficult to put into words but I found the software to design and create the album to be a little clunky and not quite as intuitive as I'd wish.

Photo book is an extremely efficient company and I have been using them for years.
My one complaint is now all projects are on the cloud, they are removed after 16 days. Some years ago, when I was making birthday books that take a year to complete, I didn’t have the worry that it would be removed and was able to access it over the year when I wanted.
With the layout update, again some favourite layouts have been removed. One in particular the whole page layout with many different size frames.

For the second time I ordered something with you. The first time it was a photo album in A5, this time it was a photo calendar in A3. Both the times I've been very satisfied. The quality of the calendar is even better that aspected.
It is not cheap, but the result is very good and the order arrived perfectly in time. I would suggest this service to any who wants a professional print project.

Ordered Family planner calendar. It is a good product once you get used to the tools. Sometimes a bit slow to upload and save. It is very good for adding dates to specific columns...with a bit of work. Good range of additions such as clip art etc. Fairly pricey in comparison to other sites but I think it is worth it. Speedy delivery and the quality is good

I have used MyPhotobook several times and found the service to be excellent, the work was completed in good time and attractively produced. The customer service was friendly and efficient. I do not have any complaints.

I’ve had many photobooks printed and they are all fabulous. I had one issue with one and they reprinted it without any problems . Fabulous company to deal with.

I have recently received the photobook I did for my granddaughter. The book turned out beautifully and I could not be happier. The customer service team were great too! I have another 3 books to do and will definitely be using Myphotobook again and recommending them to my friends!

I really should have checked the reviews here first. A truly horrible experience dealing with these guys. The prints I received were terrible quality, and when I got in touch with customer service I was informed it was my fault. Getting no where by email I raised a claim on PayPal, in which they again blamed me for their terrible printing, and then tried to claim they didn’t receive payment, and added €3 to the original cost. I would avoid these guys like the plague. I wouldn’t believe any reply they make here either, horrible to deal with.

I checked trust pilot as an after thought after I submitted my order and got a bit of a fright because of so many awful reviews... So delighted to tell everyone that my large hardback book arrived perfectly packaged this morning 10 days post ordering. I’m really excited because my book is honestly fab !!!!. I enjoyed using the software so much and got really creative with it.. I could share the process with my daughter who lives on the far side of the planet from me as we could both access the joint project by signing in online and could even screen share on Zoom.
The customer support was excellent when I was getting to know the software. I got to speak with a very helpful and patient customer service person twice when I was trouble shooting.
Take your time to get to know all your options on the software and to read all the warnings about image resolution etc .. there are lots of great ways of creating really fun graphics and text on the pages. I’m looking forward to creating more books.

I found the customer support with another company that my husband uses for photo books very poor ... I think people probably don’t post their positive reviews ... as like me it probably didn’t occur to them to. Thank you to myphotobook team 😃

I was rather nervous having started a project with MPB, *then* seeing some of these reviews. However, my experience as a first time customer has been very good. The (online version) software was a little fiddly at first, but once I got into the flow it was easy to use and save the doc. I even created a few versions as a backup for myself.

I placed an order worth approx £70, and was happily able to use a 30% coupon from their website. My book was softcover A5 with 156 pages, which is more pages than most photobook companies allow. I submitted the order on Saturday morning, and it arrived today (Friday). It is very high quality print, inside and out, very neatly bound and well packaged for transit. I am delighted with the book and would use MPB again.

The only comment/suggestion I have is that I would really have liked the option to send an online preview of the book to someone else before ordering. I had to do a clunky low-res screenshot of each set of pages instead. Online sharing is a common feature for many other suppliers.

No customer service at all.
Had an issue with my last order and they simply refused to help me / make a commercial gesture for the inconvenience. They don't lift a finger to help their client.
Would not recommend at all!

Today I received my photobook 2 weeks after ordering it. The quality is amazing and their customer service was excellent. When I saw all the bad reviews I was so worried about my book as I had paid €120 for it however my experience was far from negative. When I saw the reviews I emailed them straight away to get information on my order and they answered me within a few hours putting me at ease again. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as my experience couldn’t have been better! It seems that the bad reviews are older reviews so maybe they have improved their service recently. The only problem I had was with the process of making my photobook as it did disappear a few times before I saved it properly but I think this may be down to the fact I was using a phone and not a laptop or computer! Overall my experience was amazing and I absolutely love my photobook!

Warning - Do not trust the responses on this site from Myphotobook. They ask to email them for resolution but then just refuse to help or accept any errors on their behalf.

I am very pleased with the product you made; I ordered twelve 112 page personalised photobooks using your software.
The software allowed me to edit each page to how I wanted it with many options and it was easy to use! I could save it on the cloud and to my laptop.
The result is high quality and exactly how it looked on the software; very impressed!
It also was delivered promptly and well packaged.
I was a little worried because I read the other reviews here after I had ordered my photobooks. But with my experience they definitely don't deserve those bad reviews!!!
I also was happy with their customer service; they were helpful (e.g. with queries on the software) and they always responded quickly.
I would recommend this company and use it in the future :)

I received my photobook quite quickly after ordering and the quality is good!
However, I must have tried to make the photobook about 10 times. I would make the whole thing, try to upload it and all of a sudden the process would freeze/crash and I would lose everything. It was extremely frustrating.
Also when I finally got to the payment stage, it wouldn't allow me to pay with card. It just kept bringing me back to the payment stage, even after i'd put my card details in.
I opted for a bank transfer in the end. This worked I received confirmation of payment from the company a day or two after.
There was good communication with the company through the process from then on.
