Terrible customer service and company

Terrible customer service and company, I never received my product, requested it be reshipped, they stated that my secure mail box was broken into, reported by the post office which is false. They will not reship or honor the lost product. Any excuse they could come up with to keep my money and avoid responsibility.

We sincerely apologize for this customer's frustration and disappointment. We take all delivery issues seriously and want to clarify what occurred:
The customer ordered a lanyard 5 weeks ago for $4.50 plus 99 cents shipping. We shipped the item the same day and provided tracking information via email that same day. According to USPS tracking, the package was scanned as delivered to the customer's mailbox three days later.

When the missing package was brought to our attention, there was a missing package claim opened with the US Postal Service and they replied "this Centralized Box Unit is one of many that were identified as being stolen from on Labor Day Weekend. All CBUs at this location had been emptied of all parcels and it is believed mail too. It was reported to the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). Unfortunately, it is presumed this parcel was subject to theft following delivery."

We conveyed this information to Mr. Moore and issued a refund for the lanyard plus shipping ($4.50 + 0.99 = $5.49).

We understand how frustrating it is when a package shows as delivered but isn't received or is stolen. While the tracking indicated successful delivery, we recognize that the customer did not receive their order, and we've made this situation right by providing a complete refund.

This business does not have reputable customer service. They do not deliver what is advertised. Do yourself a big favor and get your aviation/pilot supplies from another business.

Everything went well

Everything went well. My Grandson was so happy when he received it as a birthday gift, he had to wear it right away. He looks adorable. The only thing is his hat was a little small. It didn't fit his head.
