Do not order from this retailer!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RETAILER. They will make errors and expect you to be responsible for their lack of professionalism. We ordered a flight simulator bundle. When it arrived one of the packages was open. When I called to return the item, they stated that sometimes in the warehouse this happens and that the item was not damaged. (There is no way they would know unless they tested it and if they did test it, they shouldnt be selling it as a new item, but open box) They stated that if I return the damaged item I would have to pay for return shipping myself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You are better off dealing with Amazon rather than this company.

My second purchase from them and had no problems. Beside this time they had to hold back my order to double check the delivery address. Once it was confirmed, the bag was delivered two days after. Super fast and great customer service.

A partial refund for My Pilot Store error.rvice for over 5…

We have had a mail service for over 5 years through which our credit cards are registered because we move around to different locations during the year. Therefore I ALWAYS have to fill in a shipping address as well as a billing address for anything I purchase online which is quite frequent. I ordered a suitcase on October 26 and filled out the billing information and then the shipping information as requested. Because I had not ordered from this company before, I made a copy of the page where I filled out the billing address as Florida and the shipping address in SC. 2 days later I check my emails and find they have shipped the suitcase to my billing address. I immediately got on the phone to point out their error. They said they could do nothing. I called UPS and they said the shipper would have to be the one to respond. The mail service notified me they had received the suitcase and would call UPS to pick it back up and return it to My Pilot Store. This was done and I got an email from My PIlot Store that they received the unopened package back on November 14. They credited my card with $139.01. They charged me $203.95. This is unacceptable. I want the full refund not a partial for their mistake and after reading the reviews here it is obvious that they make a lot of mistakes. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company after having over 11 pages of emails with this very inefficient company. I am surprised with nearly 40% negative reviews(1 star) that they are still in business. They certainly are not customer friendly.

Not My Pilot Store

I ordered a Commercial Pilot Study Guide and received the wrong study guide.
I followed the directions to return the item and receive my RA - return authorization number which I did receive. I mailed the book per the directions.
I followed up with an email that detailed my dissatisfaction that because of MyPilotStore's error I had to pay to ship the wrong title and wait for a reply.
That was on August 8 and I still don't have the correct book and have not heard from customer support about my return and replacement.
I tried to call and after listening to all the many prompts, the recording said because of staffing all calls are handled emails with responses typically in 1 hour. I have been waiting for over 3 days for an email.
MyPilotStore is NOT MY PILOT STORE.

First Encounter

These people need to write a new business plan that makes it fair for the customer. I ordered a wall charger for my ic-A22 transceiver for $37 and change. I was sent the wrong charger. I was instructed to return the item by printing out a UPS return shipment form for the tune of $27 and change. So now I am out of pocket for $64 and change. This business costs me too much time and energy not to mention the money to ship back the wrong item. No mention of reimbursement for shipping. Charger is going in the trash. I will go else where for service. Order #211432170

I was sent was a new version of a book

I was sent was a new version of a book, not the version I ordered. I needed the specific version that was pictured and listed on the website description at the time I bought the book. My pilot store confirmed that the website had not been updated to show the new version. After two months of back and forth with my pilot store associates I finally was able to get a prepaid shipping label and the book was shipped back to my pilot store. I waited 2 weeks for the refund and when I didn’t get it, I called them for what I think was the 10th time for this product. I was told they would process the refund immediately. Two days later I finally got the refund. However, it was a partial refund. They sent the WRONG book. Their error, yet the customer is penalized.

I have been extremely disappointed by…

I have been extremely disappointed by this company! I returned Christmas gifts in the complicated manner they request where you must notify them in writing for each item and they they need to forward you specific approval for each item prior to your “approval” to return. Once you receive approval you must label everything accurately with the forms they ask to be enclosed. I followed their instructions and returned the items as required. The items were received on 1/3/22, insured by the post office. They confirmed they received the items as required and it would take 7 days for a refund. We are now at 22 days since the items were received and confirmed received by them, as required, and they have still not refunded me. They are now ignoring my emails inquiring when the refund would occur. I have find their company to be extremely unprofessional and incompetent. They are very difficult to work with. This is a time when pilots are in deficit so those in training who are in need of the proper equipment but cannot return items or receive proper equipment from company’s, who carry it. are part of the problem. This company is part of the problem

Good however I wish the website would…

Good however I wish the website would check if I ordered something recently (1 day previously) and confirm that I want to reorder the same item. I ordered 2 bags by accident 1 day after ordering the same exact item. I will be returning it. Seems like good customer service however over the phone.
