Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 100 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently face major difficulties when attempting to withdraw their earned funds, experiencing repeated transaction rejections, unexpected account freezes, sudden closures, and withheld winnings. Many individuals express deep frustration over burdensome identity verification hurdles, delayed payouts, and perceived unfair betting line adjustments during gameplay. However, some people mentioned that the mobile application constantly freezes, crashes, and malfunctions during important live sporting events. Reviewers additionally noted that customer support representatives are entirely unhelpful, providing preprogrammed automated answers, completely ignoring urgent inquiries, and prematurely closing live chats without resolving any ongoing problems.

Prize picks sucks

Prize picks sucks. Payouts are Low and can be challenging to request

The odds are extremely in their favor and they skim the odds up/down which I get the house wins. But there’s more honest sports books. Also an issue with promo notification, you load in and they disappear. Support is a crock of shit as well. Deleting account. Definitely better betting apps

These people are scammers

These people are scammers! Charged my husband’s debit card twice when he had never heard of this company before this happened. Tried to get charges reversed thru their chat system and was asked all kind of personal info just to be later told that they still couldn’t reverse the charges since they were unable to verify him. The photos were clear yet they stated that they could not verify him, bit they didn’t need verification to fraudulent charge his card twice. They charged a smaller amount and then a larger amount. He had to report the fraudulent charges to the bank, and close the account since he was advised that they are known for fraudulent charges. They have no one you can call, only chat. They are indeed scammers!!

HIGHLY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY

HIGHLY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY; They've double charged my account for 1 deposit, reps then give you a total runaround on the situation that doesn't serve to find a solution, instead only excuses and never ending action I must take on my part, then when I have 1 of THEIR wrong additional charges reversed by my financial institution, Prizepicks freezes my funds. Never ever have I seen any professional company operate like this. That's because they lack professionalism and credibility. Deal with them at your own risk. Many of your transactions will go smoothly until they create an issue, then good luck resolving it. I wouldn't deal with this company

If I could give less than 1 I would

If I could give less than 1 I would. Customer service is horrible nothing explained as to why request for withdrawal was denied. No email of denial. After 3 denied requests and 1 hour plus on chat going through a verification process I'm now given the privilege to request withdrawal which doesn't answer my questions previously being denied. Not at all comfortable with not being sent to someone who can answer questions that pertain to my acct. Not ok and causes my concerns to be even more concerning. When you provide very sensitive info,ID, bank, etc. and weren't notified or given a reason for being denied a withdrawal is extremely concerning. I understand the rules and I read these and none of that pertained to my situation.
After an hour plus of verification and being transferred to "correct team" 4 times, I am told it "should" go through now. Very shady to me and no one can help when you have questions. Excuses such as high withdrawal requests and high chat volume aren't answers After you have no choice but do what they ask again. And no answer that it won't happen again.

PRIZEPICKS ARE SCAMMERS

I was playing faithfully on prizepicks then I noticed that the whole discord is just a scam. First they allow you to deposit money with forms of payment you can't withdraw from. Then all if their stats are at a higher setting so that it is designed for you to lose which is another way to steal your money. My experience was I played the entire NBA season of 2025 and lost lots of money only to get to the game 7 of the finals of OKC. I had a protect play from the game 6 for 10 dollars which was placed in my promos for game 7. On the day of the finals and trying to place my bet prizepicks decides to randomly close my account. I reached out to them bc I couldn't use my promo rewards and they deleted my account for their own reasons. On top of that the very next week they accessed my account and stole momey out of my account. When I contacted their customer support team they blocked me in mid conversation after providing them with my email that was associated with my account. My thoughts is that they saw the mistake they made and decided to block me from contacting support all together. Do not play with prize picks they are a huge SCAM and I plan on sueing them entirely bc you did not have promission to access my account. THEY ARE SCAMNERS DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM. SERIOUSLY THEY WILL PISS YOU TF OFF.

PrizePicks is frankly the worst DFS…

PrizePicks is frankly the worst DFS platform I’ve used. They repeatedly fabricate rules to suit their needs and ignore their policies and guidelines. This morning, between 7 and 8 am CST, David Festa was listed as the Twins’ starting pitcher, but hours before the game, the Twins switched to a different starter. Instead of voiding all affected picks (as they’ve done before), PrizePicks only removed Festa’s projections and left my pick active.
They’ve handled similar situations correctly in the past, for example, on June 12, when Baltimore moved Kremer to relief, PrizePicks removed his projections and voided all associated picks before the game began. But this time, when I reached out to support, they said pitchers do not have to start for their projections to count, yet admitted that this so-called “rule” isn’t documented anywhere. They made up a rule to avoid voiding picks, even though they voided Kremer’s pick under the same circumstances.

Their inconsistent handling voiding Kremer but not Festa shows they are enforcing rules arbitrarily, and support cannot even explain the discrepancy.

In short, PrizePicks has no official rule stating a pitcher does not have to start for their projection to count. Their actions toward Festa were inconsistent with their policies and contradicted how they handled Kremer’s situation. They invented a rationale out of thin air to avoid voiding Festa’s pick.

Awful customer servide

Yeah, they screwed me on flex Friday, I placed the bet and saw the checkmark was on there, first they said my line up did not qualify then I sent it in and then they said you didn’t select it. Their customer service is no good. I placed my last bet that I had and closed my account… went to underdog which is pretty cool

I wanted to make everyone aware of…

I wanted to make everyone aware of something that has happened with PrizePicks. Let me see if I can explain it.
I had a bet yesterday that I received a refund because I assume they had information the player was not playing. I turned around and made some other bets with those funds last night. When I woke up this morning the bet I made won but I didn’t have the correct amount in my bank roll. I contacted PrizePicks support though chat and let them know the issue. So, comes to find out that the player they refunded ended up playing and that ticket lost. They took that out of my winnings. I feel like that is stealing from your customers! The support person does nothing but say I understand, there is nothing I can do. I’m not giving them another cent. Just thought you all should know.

My wife and I both had pride pick…

My wife and I both had pride pick accounts. She won money off there and they closed her account. They had no problem with other ppl adding money to the account to play but when it’s time to pay out. They want to give you a hassle and the run around. Prize picks is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend Anyone to use these crooks. I contacted customer service about a mistake in the points a player made. They told me whatever they put in as the points is what the player has whether it’s wrong or not. If you like being scammed use them

It's a scam, they denied my withdrawals.

I wish I would have read reviews before hand. I deposited money and they require you to play through it all as requested which is totally fine, I did that, I depositted 20, now I'm trying to withdraw $50 of winnings and they denied the withdrawal. This is definitely a scam!

Prize picks free money eapecially misleading

Prize picks overall is dope. But their "free 50 dollar sign up bonus" is bullshit. And anytime they have a promotion that forgives xx dollars on your picks. Its not real money. Its prize picks currency and when u bet with it, guess wat, you just get more of their currency.. can u withdraw it? Nope! Can u do anything withit outSIDE of prize picks? NOPE. Wat good is it? Well u xan see how much real money you ould have won instead of their dumb misleading currency. They dont need to do that kinda stuff cuz they alreaxy have a good product. But NOTHING IS EVER ENOUGH. They might as well say its a 1000 dollars. Cuz its just bullshit money.
