Use credit problems
never managed to figure out how to use my referral credit at checkout. There was no “Use Credit” button or clear instructions, and I couldn’t apply the €20 I had. The process is confusing and not user-friendly at all.

the parcel never arrived to my home . Then it was stored in another warehouse and the MyProtein customer servicw replied that it is my responsibility to contac the warwhouse and pick it up there...

They have the worst customer service ever
I ordered over a month ago (already a customer for some time), and for the first time my parcel never arrived even though it said it had been delivered. When I reported the problem to customer service, they said they were looking into the matter with the carrier. After several reminders, they came up with the explanation that the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and that they were going to send a new package. Guess what, the new package never arrived. In short, if you receive your parcel (as I usually do with them), it's fine, but if something goes wrong, consider that you've lost your money.

YUM! The perfect protein :)
Myprotein has become my new favourite! The isolate mixes well and also tastes great on its own. I do prefer the natural flavors (they aren't as overpowering/intense and, thus, blend better when mixed) and find that the strawberry and vanilla are particularly good and mix well with oats, smoothies, and cereal. The shipping is fast and reliable, making it easy to try out new flavours and products. No complaints here, though I'm hoping they bring out some new natural flavours!

This is the best website ever, i love ypur products. Only tip is that why does the uk have way more and cooler clothes then in belgium? I really like the clothing from the uk site but there isen't much on the belgium site. But still amazing products and awesome quality!!!
