very, very unsatisfied and frustrated customer

I don’t recommend My Publisher to my worst enemies! I wish I could give 0 stars for My Publisher, actually negative stars.

I have been a customer with My Publisher from the very beginning. I have done several books and it was always excellent service, full support and great products.

Now If you are looking for an unreliable company, talk with employees who make promises they are not willing to keep and are not willing to help you or go the extra mile for the customer satisfaction My Publisher is the right company.

I had to escalate my problem to the supervisor after wasting my time talking with an employee named Yvonne who is supposed to be very knowledgeable and experienced.

She made promises she couldn’t keep and after talking to another supervisor named Margaret she also was not willing to help. She asked her supervisor named Danilo who is supposed to be her boss and he said that they don’t make exception. All I needed was a Saturday delivery, I was promised Saturday delivery by Yvonne.

I called UPS and gave them my tracking number and was willing to pay the extra charge. UPS couldn’t make the change, the request had to come from the sender.

I offered to pay extra when talking to Margaret and again she said no. We don’t make exceptions. We don’t call UPS. She probably thinks that she is too important to talk with a delivery company.

All it would take was a quick phone call to UPS to make sure that the book would be delivered on the scheduled that it was promised, Saturday.

The book was meant to be given on a very special occasion to a very special client and now not only it won’t be delivered on schedule but it will be delivered on Monday, when it would be too late.

Nobody will even be at that location. I trusted My Publisher, I trusted Yvonne when I shouldn’t.

I just wished I had not used My Publisher for my order, they were unreliable, unfriendly and operates on a computerized manner.

A customer service who is not willing to think outside the box in order to help a customer has definitely chosen a wrong job.

Murilo doesn’t understand the meaning of customer service. Actually the mistake comes from his boss who is not keeping an eye on him to make sure that he is trying to help a customer. To do his job.

When I started making books, My publisher was the only company in the market, the only good one.

No wonder so many new competitors are out on the market now; with time they were not able to keep up their place on business.

They don’t deserve to be number 1 anymore and I only used them again due to good memories from old times when I was treated with respect and attention.

My husband was against me using My Publisher but I insisted. I remembered when I was not just one more client.

I am so disappointed and I so wished I had listened to my husband and had not trusted them for such a special occasion. My mistake, i should not have been loyal to them and now I learned my lesson.

unacceptable service!

I have ordered a photo book through their website over 2 weeks ago. It took me 4 hrs to scan pictures, upload and sort to make this book. It's for a birthday due in 10days now and I still haven't heard from them. When I log in to check my order it says that my book isn't even printed out yet!! Wrote them 5 days ago. Got an automated email back saying i should get an answer within 24hrs... still waiting for that. Thank you for wasting my time and ruining my birthday present for my mothers 60th birthday. Now i have to rush to figure out what the bleep to do!

Terrible Experience

I had a lot of trouble making my book after buying a living social deal for it. I couldn't customize anything and was very disappointed because the examples on their website were really nice. I chatted with their customer service reps 3 times and they were completely useless. I couldn't even finish my book, I switched back to iPhoto and took a loss on the living social deal I had already purchased.

Like I was runnning the company!

Just finished my book of my wonderful puppy. I called at least 8 times for advice/help. Have only 100% for all staff. Had a glistch sending the first edition. When I received the book adn found the mistake, they sent the correct one the same day at no cost. You really know how great a company is when you have a challenge. They handled me perfectly and brought my experience back to all my staff as a lesson on how to handle situations like this.
Way to go - have already started our next publication

AWFUL, USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service CHAT is a waste of time. I can't access HELP TOPICS in the software. It takes me to a web page that states, Page Has Moved or Doesn't Exist. I tried to change VIEW thumbnail size and nothing happens. I tried to VIEW Show All Hints and it wouldn't make the checkmark. I tried HELP IMAGE QUALITY and got

CUSTOMER SERVICE tried every trick in the book to blow me off, i.e., upgrade your browser (I have IE ver9) upgrade your Adobe Flash (I have ver 9), Reboot, reload the software...blah, blah blah. They completely ignored the fact that nothing works and kept responding with they appologize, we'll be happy to answer any of your questions. I told them over and over what I wanted to work and they offered absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. I asked to be transferred to a manager and they said they couldn't do that so I disconnected. STAY AWAY from Mypublisher because I'm sure writing here will do nothing and my email will go into the vast Internet hole.

good program, excellent customer service

The program is like most others available online, but in my opinion the layouts are more modern/current looking with lots of options. But the best part about this program is the live chat feature and their customer service in general. I have ordered several books through them and each time was able to ask questions and get knowledgeable and prompt responses. They also extended a 50% off coupon that I was not able to meet the expiration on because of technical difficulties with my computer. Totally not their problem and they went way above and beyond by honorig it. Five stars.
