Defective pods
Defective pods, dont buy from them. It's a scam, pods leak everytime all the time. Customer service is a joke, always asking for pictures even though send them tonnes.

Customer service inconsistent
A unexpected glitch occurred in my order after payment of my order. I purchased items totalled around £50 and after processing payment, there were orders of items that I never heard of and the total payment was much higher than what I ordered (over £200).
I straight away spoke to a member of staff on the chat function, informing them what happened and hoping to cancel the order. At first they said they can adjust the order, but I wanted a full refund and cancel the order - bearing in mind this within 5 mins of processing the order. They then said I can only get a refund as credit into my account. After trying to cancel certain items to 'adjust' my order, they then informed me the ones I cancel will be refunded as credit - which didn't make sense at all because how on earth can they add things on to the order but the items 'cancelled' will be refunded as credit?? The chat was then ignored - probably because they couldn't solve my problem and refused my refund request.
Eventually, I emailed to demand a refund by stating my statutory rights which they then refunded my money back.
I would have given 1 star but given that an email response solved the issue, I reconsidered a fairer rating.

Great product
Great product. I always buy relx pods. I like the orchard rounds, but was unable to get them this time. However the delivery company are not so good. When I first ordered on the website I wanted it delivered to my home when it didn't arrive I called the delivery company only to verify told that the house I was standing in didn't exist. So I now get them delivered to a pick up point.

Everytime someone orders, you make them pay for next day delivery, and always comes 3 to 4 day later. Do not use this shop.
