Great telephone service. I had questions that were answered promptly and I had to change my order when I realised the doors I had ordered wouldn’t fit up the stairs. Great advice given, prompt response, cannot fault the communication. Regarding the doors, I cannot comment yet as we haven’t fitted them (we are still renovating), however, they were extremely well packaged and protected. We followed the company request to inspect them after delivery and found them to be perfect, no obvious damage or fault. Delivery guy was spot on as well. Once doors are fitted I will send photos. Thanks.

I ordered two wardrobes from My Sliding Wardrobe and both were fab, the quality and the finish were great and the value was a highlight, compared to other quotes I received when researching this was a perfect combination of quality and price. Aaron provided an incredible customer service, making sure the order was put through the right way and everything was ordered correctly, very grateful for his help during the process.

I inserted my measurements in through the website, for custom sliding doors/carcass & bits and bobs. Dreading that something would go wrong upon delivery due to sizes maybe being incorrect due to adding in the carcass! How wrong I was to worry!

Perfection!!! The delivery itself (Top man) walked me through everything on the order, ensuring everything was there.

Any doubts I had soon disappeared during the install as the doors had indeed been made to exactly the size they should be with the carcass in place. After a quick chat the next day regarding door closers, I realised I didn't even need them at all, I did however find the man 1.) knowing exactly what he was on about. ( A rarity for many places nowadays) 2. Polite and super helpful with nothing to much trouble.

Everything about my experience with my sliding wardrobe has been great from ordering to purchasing to delivery. Everything was easy & straight forward. The product was delivered promptly & on time. Once received I’m very happy with the quality & workmanship. All you need to know about installation is emailed so you know exactly what is required. Definitely a five star company. Highly recommend

Really super impressed by the quality of product and service from My Sliding Wardrobe. I ordered 2 sets of wardrobes and decided to fit myself. With the very helpful fitting guides and backup telephone support and in particular advice from Aaron was able to install both in 2 days and I’m so happy with them. They look amazing and also are so functional. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And a mega bonus is the pricing which was very competitive and great value in my opinion. For anyone wishing to bespoke their own fitted wardrobes I highly recommend you make them your first stop. The online wardrobe builder is so helpful too and gives you the chance to view your design before going ahead. Highly recommended.

Great company, great service, great product. I had a measurement query and was able to get help easily by phone. Email information was comprehensive and useful. Our delivery came direct from the company and the products were handled with care, this allowed minimal wasteful packaging. Doors and interior were easy to fit, high quality, and look fantastic. No hesitation in recommending this company.

We are delighted with our new wardrobes supplied by MSW and fitted by Chris from Flamingo Property Maintenance. The whole process was straight forward, the quality of wardrobes is vey high and they were beautifully well fitted. Thank you!

The website was easy to understand and use. I put measurements in and the kind of mirrored door I wanted then added extras which was easy to do online. The delivery was great and the man helped carry everything inside. My husband fit ours and everything was very straight forward. Would definitely recommend this company!

Living in the Western Isles home improvements are always challenging. My son, who lives on the mainland, recommended this company to me. He had used them and found them extremely helpful. I followed their on line instructions for measurement but needed reassurance that I had measured correctly and that I had everything I would need for installation as there is no DIY store on the islands. I phoned and spoke to Aaron who went through the order with me. I was impressed with Customer Service from beginning to end. I was kept informed each step of the way. The wardrobe, unfortunately, could not be delivered direct to me because of my location. It was delivered to my son who brought it up to me and fitted it. The fitting was straightforward as the instructions are so clear. There was one minor problem which a phone call to Aaron sorted. I am so happy with my fitted wardrobe. It is really good quality and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered sliding wardrobe doors on my mobile, once I'd found my way around the site it was quick and easy to order.
Doors arrived within the timescale provided and they were as expected.
Good quality and reasonable price.
We are very pleased with our purchase and look great now they are installed.

Great pricing and even better product. Made to measure, super easy to install and they look fabulous! I was quoted 8k by Sharps and got these for £499 with delivery (a helpful delivery driver included). Highly recommend and great to support an independent business.

The web site was easy to use to choose the style, type and colour/finish of the wardrobes. It also has a decent preview of the finished product.
The ordering was straight forward and the cost was less than half of one of big name brands (even after their, supposedly 50% sale price).
Post order communication was good and delivery was as planned.
Our fitter was quietly efficient and cleaned up well.
All in all a good quality product at a good price. I would recommend.

I ordered sliding doors on two separate occasions and the service was first class on both occasions. Very helpful advice prior to purchasing - involving the sending of photos of the location of the wardrobe, measurements etc. Very helpful videos and instructions made the fitting very straightforward. Once ordered a choice of delivery dates was given and the doors delivered on the chosen date with prior warning - approx. 30 minutes. The delivery man was courteous, friendly and helped me carry the doors to the upstairs bedroom. I would thoroughly recommend!
