Company claims their products to be "made in America" but they ship from China on Chinese hoodies. The quality of the fabric is pathetic. It will be stiff as a board after one wash.

The embroidery is also of poor quality control. The photo I gave as reference, they did a great job on my boyfriend and my dog but im a featureless blob of skin tone and it's not obvious I'm a person at all.

Absolutely terrible quality, horrendous customer service

It's not a scam. Reviews had me thinking it was after I ordered, but my order came within 3 weeks and it looks pretty much how it was advertised. The print is smaller than I expected and there is no elasticity to the material though. Overall I am happy!

I have only given one star as there is no option for zero!

Ordered a T-Shirt three weeks ago as a Valentines gift. Have emailed countless times to find out where it is and am still yet to get one response!

I wish I could give this 0 stars!! Absolutely disgusted by their customer service and I have sent them hundreds of emails which they never reply to. The quality of my item was horrendous!! Looked nothing like the picture, the sewing of the names were wonky and frayed, my 7yr old kids could have done a better job!!

There really should be a zero star.
The sketch they make isn't great.
The service you receive is appalling.
They cant even copy the letters correctly.
I now have a jumper with incorrect spelling.
They have not replied to any of my emails regarding this.
Clearly happy to take the money and not give a s**t what customers get.

Dont even bother. No communication after payment. It's been 2 months. No idea where my package is or if it's even exists. A very scamy non-english speaking seller. Total waste of your money and time.

Ships from China. Takes 1-2 months to arrive. The print was ok, not exactly high quality and the sizing is way off. I bought a small for my girlfriend and it would probably fit an 8 year old.
I contacted them after not receiving any update after 3 weeks asking to cancel my order, as it hadn't been dispatched and screenshotted their returns/cancellation policy to show I was well within my rights to cancel my order for a refund as the order hadn't been processed/dispatched yet as seen in my customer profile on their site. Conveniently, they "processed" the order 3 days after my email, then one week later replied to me to tell me I couldn't receive a refund due to my order being dispatched. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend anyone use this service.

I order my gift at Dec 1, it never came, and the email service were totally horrible.

I have 17 EMAILS to show you that I have been following up with them over and over again but my order never came after 3 months of follow up.

Avoid at all costs. Ridiculous customer service. Shipping was "free" but then charged anyway at check out. Tried to dispute this and they confirmed shipping is free for my order and then proceeded to ignore me. Not resolving the issue at all.

Same as everyone else. These are Chinese sizes and so a large fits like a small medium. I ordered a large and it was up my arms. To get a decent large I would have had to have purchased maybe 2XL?? Highlighted to the company that there are no size guides and so feel missold but they don't care. They have your money now. Avoid

Wish I'd read these first. Delivery takes ages. Terrible quality. Adverts are absolutely misleading.
