Mathis is great guide and very nice orator. We enjoyed hearing him talk about the history of the place.

It was very interesting and professional, but also funny. Time passed by so quickly and Dante's explanaitions managed to answers all of the questions.

An absolutely unacceptable experience – I do NOT recommend My Top Tour
I purchased 4 tickets to the Sagrada Família for €260, and two of the QR codes I received were incorrect, meaning my family and I were unable to enter.
The Sagrada Família staff checked the tickets and confirmed that the QR codes did not correspond correctly to our booking. We tried to contact My Top Tour at the time, but no one was available to help us.
Since then, I have sent several emails requesting a full refund of the €260, but I still have not received any satisfactory solution.
Paying €260 for tickets that cannot be used, and then receiving no assistance and no proper response from the company, is completely unacceptable.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. If you are visiting the Sagrada Família, buy your tickets directly from the official website.
For me, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had while travelling.

It’s not just visit Granada, we are hearing the story! The tour guide had introduced every part clearly, even the pick up service was quite nice and friendly. It’s a wonderful memories in Granada and Alhambra 🙂

This company is a scam. their rates are ridiculously expensive for nothing. They are not helpful to solve issues. Their phone number is dead. and they never answer.

The experience to be Alhambra was amazing. One of the reasons is because of Dante. He’s well knowledgeable, he’s from Granada and he knows the history. There’s nothing more spectacular than walking at every corner of Alhambra and have someone explain the every part of it with great remembrance of history. I would highly suggest Dante for the tour guide. Alhambra is truly the place you must visit.

Dante was an amazing tour guide. Great stories, fun sense of humor, and knowledgeable. The Alhambra was worth the trip from Madrid and using this tour group was a great choice.

Be careful they usually don’t sell a ticket without an audio guide. And make the tickets cost triple the price. Also they make their website look like the official side of the seight. Also 0 tolerance refund policy. Think about it…

Dante was the most amazing tour guide! Such a beautiful place in Granada

I am 61 years old and enjoy traveling and using tours all around the world. This was the very first time I use "My Top Tour" and my experience could not be any worse. Booked tour of Alhambra for me and my family for a guided tour at 15:00, 07/29/2026. After going back and forth between the main entrance and "above the parking lot" finally found their location. However, by then and staying in a line, we were about 7 minutes late to check in. We were told "you missed your guided tour" with a very indifferent tone. She didn't even bother to have some eye contact and try to help. Even though we offered to join rest of the group at their second or third stop, were told "no you are late", once again with very indifferent and unhelpful manner. We ended up to use their audio tour, which was not what we were expecting or paid for. Not only I will never book any tour with this company again, I don't recommend this company with absolute lack of customer service to anyone.

I have never had a better experience than with Dante!! He is the best and the most attentive tour guide, he made it such an amazing experience!!

DANTE WAS AMAZING! One of the best tour guides I have ever had. He made the whole experience much more interesting. Truly fell in love with Alhambra and I can assure you it is thanks to his knowledge and enthusiasm. Thank you once again Dante!!!

Disappointing experience – paid twice for an audio guide

We booked our Prado Museum tickets through My Top Tour. The product was explicitly advertised as “Entrance + Audio Guide”, so we expected the audio guide to be included and ready to use during our visit.

Unfortunately, accessing the audio guide through the My Top Tour app was not straightforward. We had a timed visit of only two hours and had to spend valuable time trying to figure out how to access the guide. In the end, rather than wasting even more of our limited time, we had to purchase another audio guide directly at the Prado Museum.

So we effectively paid twice for an audio guide — once as part of the My Top Tour booking and again at the museum.

We contacted My Top Tour and asked for reimbursement of the additional audio guide. Their response was essentially that instructions had been sent in advance. While this may be technically true, it completely misses the point: the service was included in what we paid for, but we were unable to use it in practice during our visit and had to pay again for the same type of service.

Also, the My Top Tour tickets were significantly more expensive than buying tickets directly from the Prado Museum.

Very disappointing experience. We expected a convenient service, but instead ended up paying more and having to solve the audio guide issue ourselves at the museum.

I would strongly recommend buying Prado tickets directly from the museum rather than paying extra for this service.

Mistook their website for the official Madrid Palace official ticket site. They DO NOT provide cancellation refunds even when the tickets. Their support is useless.

As they say, read the fine print.

Tried to book tickets to the Palace at Versaille via the official website. This companies website popped up first as if it was the official website, and the layout has clearly been designed to be very similar to the official site. We purchased tickets before realising that this was not the official website for Versaille and the tickets we had purchased included an extra £30 over the regular ticket for the inclusion of an "audioguide".

1. The place - must see, no more to say. If you are in proximity you CANNOT skip this.

2. We had a guided option. This was a very good choice. my special thanks to ARTURO - good pace, interesting facts and stories about the place! It was a pleasure to spend together the 3h getting to know the long and bumpy history of the place
