Scam
The customer service is completely useless. They don’t respond back to your requests. They will not repair or replace my device which broke within warranty but I reported one month outside of. If you make devices you have to be able to repair them. Sounds like they have done this to many people. This is a manufacturing problem and under Australian Law they need to have an express warranty that protects consumers under the consumers guarantee act. They need to be reported. My advice is don’t buy devices from anyone without a lifetime warranty. Even then a lot of these unqualified places don’t adhere to the warranty as tripollar doesn’t. Don’t waste your money.

, bought two products from them, both of which have failed. would give 0 if I could - both started to randomly switch off, I've only ever used the gel which comes with the products (as suggested by them!) and sent back for repair - now they're denying the warranty as the gel was found inside the device - well that's hardly my fault, if your products aren't sealed to protect from the gel that comes with it?!

I have tried to contact the Support Dept even called and left a voicemail on their telephone number. Just bought the machine when opening the device. It looks like somebody else has used it even though the box was sealed.
The gel that came with it was out of date And the machine was not working the gold colour looks like it was already coming off and it looked like it had been used.
I have tried to contact them six times via email. No response again calling no response. I feel that they’ve taken my money 600 quid and just left me with no help whatsoever. If the customer service is like this, I want my money back, I only purchased it last week.

Absolutely no difference whatsoever (after 3 months use) and I wish I'd have checked Trustpilot before I deciding to purchase this product. I agree with the other review left in which the lady states that the 5 star reviews are mainly about customer services and postage but NOTHING about the actual products effectiveness. Therefore do yourselves a favour and book into a reputable beauty clinic offering professional treatments. Pity I couldn't give it a no star rating!

⛔ OMG! AVOID TRIPOLLAR ⛔ Big alarm bells should be ringing for this company and their products, folks. Be aware, be very aware. No fault of mine but they're trying to retain my money! I think we all may be getting shafted big time here. They sent me their new line device ENVIG (a £700 device sent by ordinary uninsured post..does that tell you something??) I returned it because it was faulty (wouldn't charge or power up properly after 2 sessions of use). To be honest it was a rather flimsy, inferior quality plastic gadget.I've now completed a bit of research on the range of TRIPOLLAR products, its customers are saying the same right across the board..POOR QUALITY, POOR PERFORMANCE, HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MONEY BACK..ESSENTIALLY A RIP-OFF. I had to pay for Special Delivery to return it. That cost around £9, they said they wouldn't refund that as should have used their prepaid label (is that because the device is virtually worthless?)Their Royal Mail Freepost label is a worry. Royal Mail told me categorically that for a device of that value, if it was posted using the company generated return label, in the event of loss the item wouldn't be covered for a claim as it's insufficiently insured. Their prepaid ROYAL MAIL 48 hour return label is NOT APPROPRIATE but be aware that it is YOUR problem not theirs if you're sending something back and it gets lost or doesn't arrive...if they didn't receive a return it would be the responsibility of the sender ( you, the customer!) to claim for the loss which you wouldn't be able to do as it's not covered. How bad is that?! You'd have lost your parcel and lost your money! They've now refused a refund saying they tested the product and it's working..( I'd love to see what their testing facility looks..kitchen worktop perhaps?)..suggested I might be charging it the wrong way when all it has is one charging cable like a phone..! Here are the facts: I bought the project in good faith and would never have sent it back had it been working. I have a statutory entitlement to reject a product that is faulty and one that is not fit for purpose but clearly now I'm dealing with them I can see through how they operate and I feel really aggrieved by getting treated like that. They've got the device back and are keeping my money!! Bullying me via Customer Service to accept a repair. I don't want anything to do with this company at all after this kind of treatment. I'm blown away as they are simply ignoring their responsibilities as online sellers and do not acknowledge the rights of consumers in relation to faulty goods. They've mostly ignored my emails, I only received a response to a complaint letter I wrote, as advised by local Trading Standards, to which they replied they refused to refund as I'm not entitled, citing their 'policy' which puts customers at a disadvantage (it's not worth the (digital) paper it's written on- would love to see them use that policy in a court)! The last thing in the world I would want now is a product of theirs and I do not trust the brand nor do I trust the product's functionality nor do I trust or have any confidence in the people who run it. This is the worst instance of bad customer service I've ever come across. I need now to go to the Ombudsman and potentially the small claims court just to get my money back. My God, I paid them in good faith and they have simply kept my money. I'm absolutely gobsmacked. It's appalling. Buy from these charlatans at your peril, ladies. Doing some research, others' experiences across multiple sites tell a similar story. I wish I'd done that before I bought the thing. It might be useful to collect a bank of evidence to support people's claims against them and if anybody can share their experience please contact me. Perhaps a few journalists might want a story. Consumers need to be protected from companies like this. I know now that the beauty gadget industry for this type of product is unregulated(😱) and that's why you have companies like this getting away with ripping us off, so please be careful about what you use on your face and I would suggest rather strongly that you fully consider the negatives about Tripollar and its products ..the reviews speak for themselves..go check out a few review sites . you'll also potentially avoid a rather large hole in your bank balance.
I hope that the company might wish to respond to this review because anything that is written by them is then in the public domain. Why won't you give me my refund TRIPOLLAR?🙏Be fair, and do the right thing. I'll edit this post once the claims against them are complete. Apologies for a long post but it's really important that people read the experiences of others and avoid spending hard-earned cash to get an experience like that.

I’ve never had such a horrible shopping experience before. I purchased Vx Gold from this so called Tripollar official website (tripollarbeauty.com) on March 17th for I believe buying a product especially an expensive one from its official website is more reassuring than buying it from other website that you don’t know about. However, I was wrong about this so called official website for I received a tampered, used and broken product. This product came with an old model box Vx instead of Vx Gold. There was a stain in the product, and this product had no yellow light and no heat as it was described. I reported this to the customer service, but this customer representative Venice tried all her way to deny their product had problems and tried to convince me their product was ok but she could still “kindly” replace it for me. What upsets me most was that she tried to teach me how to use the product, even if I told her there was no heat and there was no yellow light, by sending me the video clip links. Furthermore, she wanted me to accept that their manufacturer didn’t design the Vx Gold packaging box but only designed its Vx Gold sleeve, so the product Vx Gold had to use its Vx old model box. Can you believe a several hundred product doesn’t have its own packaging box but has to use its old model box? How ridiculous this is! I don’t believe it at all. The product I purchased was broken and used one plus came with an old model Vx box. How horrible and how ridiculous this is! I almost forgot to mention. I purchased the shipping protection along with the product as I wanted my product to arrive safely without any damages, for the product is expensive. However, it surprised me totally, the product showed up on my doorway with a plastic bag without any protection. Where is the protection I paid for? It has wasted me so much time to deal with this ridiculous product, the report, and this complete unethical customer service plus writing this review. HORRIBLE, totally HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL! Don’t ever buy this product from this website if you don’t want to be fooled around.

I bought my tripollar gold in november 2022, the device works and i did see improvement on the skin in a month. Than i had some troubles with the start button so i contacted their support where a very nice lady Venice helped me with the proceedure. I send my device to them and in less than a week they send me brand new device with additional gels and beauty bag. Very happy with the device and support.

I recently had an issue with my Tripollar device and I have to say that the customer service team was absolutely fantastic in helping me out. After using the device, I noticed that I had a blood spot on my face, and I was worried about the safety of the product and if a scar would be left on my face. I reached out to the customer service team and they were extremely responsive, helpful, and kind.
Not only did they address my concerns promptly, but they went above and beyond to ensure my safety. They even consulted a doctor about my case to make sure that everything was okay. I am so impressed with the level of care and attention they provided, and I cannot thank them enough.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service team at Tripollar. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they made me feel valued as a customer. I did requested the warranty for the eye device I did purchased almost 1 year ago, there were only few days remained for my 1 year warranty.
First contacted to Lookfantastic, the web where I purchased it, and they regarded me directly to Tripollar CS (the customer care agent was so nice) . I was a bit worried if they will pay attention to my case. Indeed, they are very nice and have shown a lot of patience and kindness with me. Finally, I've received a 100% new device as a replacement for the previous one. I will continue following the last new release product of this brand, and this is already my third device of Tripollar brand.
