I purchased a product from them and had to cancel because they don't have it in stock. It has been over 6 weeks and still have not received the refund. Had to dispute with paypal only to find out that paypal cannot help with this matter. Only other option is to call my credit card to file a dispute. Don't understand why it took Myvitanet to credit back a refund. Never order anything from them again.

I ordered my product on May 19, 2010 and it is May 27th and no notice and no tracking codes, yet.
It has been impossible to contact them.
They promise that you will receive an e-mail within 2 business days, NOT!

I ordered 4 items and 2 of them were an organic Sunblock made by a company called All Terrain. They sent me two bottles of All Terrain insect repellent instead. When I wrote them a letter explaining the problem they responded by returning the Fed Ex tracking that displayed the item as delivered. They took over a week to ship the order but took the money out of my account immediately, which is very unprofessional in the first place. They do this so you can't cancel the order.

Then it was backordered was given an estimate of 1-3 weeks. After A month I called and they told me they couldn't get it and were putting in a refund request, which get this will take 5-7 days. What a bunch of crap. Stay away.

It has been a month and I yet to receive my order. I even paid extra for faster shipping. Awful never again will these people see my money!!!

AFTER A MONTH MY ORDER HADN'T COME. I INQUIRED, THEY SENT AN EMAIL A FEW DAYS LATER SAYING EVERYTHING WAS ON BACK ORDER AND WAS GOING TO BE AT LEAST 3 MORE WEEKS. THEY SAID I COULD REQUEST A REFUND SINCE EVERYTHING WAS ON BACK ORDER, SO I DID. ANOTHER MONTH WENT BY AND ANOTHER, THEY SAID IT HAD TO BE PROCESSED A CERTAIN WAY THEN I WOULD SEE IT IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER A COUPLE STATEMENTS. AFTER FILING A CLAIM WITH MY BANK AND PRINTING ALL MY EMAILS FROM THEM, IT TOOK ABOUT 5 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET MY MONEY. IT WAS ABOUT $530.00 . IT WAS MY BANK THAT FINIALLY GOT THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. BE CAREFUL , I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MY VITANET.COM EVER..... NO STARS

They are always running late with filling orders. It's getting worse. I can order from another company and get it within 3 to 7 days. I order with them and it's always weeks or get an email that it's delayed or an email that it's nolonger available, etc. It's getting so bad I must find another steady company. I will nolonger order from them and I encourage others not to.

Company selling products they do not have in stock. They had to order it from the manufacturer and don't bother contacting me to tell me there will be a delay or see if I still want the order. Say 2-5 days to ship, but ship in 10 days. CHARGE you for two day shipping... $17 on a $158 order and then ship it 6 day delivery and keep the change. So my order will sit on the porch for 2 weeks while I am on vacation in 100 degree weather. And they have a phone number but nobody answers the phone. Over 48 minutes on hold and nothing. Finally got through by email several days later. Still have not received product but I would be surprised if it was legit at all.

My friend in France placed an order for Citrus Pectin for a total of $75.21
never received the order and is unable to contact the firm.I have tried also.
the address myvitanet.com is an invalid e-mail and the only available.
We will persue this matter further.
