The worst piece of shit I’ve ever received. Total crap. Rubbish quality . Cheap Chinese crap. Looks awful against a $750 watch. Poor everything

First up, I do wish I read the Trust Pilot reviews via an independent Google search before ordering. The version on their website does show positive reviews only. Whether that's by paid reviews only or fishing out negative, I don't know, but helps to search independently.

Secondly, I got an initial email about 10% off so all seemed okay before ordering. Once the order was placed I heard absolutely nothing. Having only read Trust Pilot after this point and seeing +95% negative comments, I wasn't expecting much at all and was prepping a Visa Dispute claim via my Credit Card company. But to give WSC some small credit, my order arrived the very next day despite zero emails about my order, dispatch or delivery.

Thirdly, the item I ordered (ocean band) is meant to fit Apple Watch series 9 according to their website. Whilst the strap does seem secure, the end points are slightly wider than the watch, so stick out. Not the end of the world as only I can notice it, but still doesn't technically fit the Series 9. The cheaper Amazon versions fit better than this company.

Overall, glad I got my item where others haven't. Returns policy is a joke and communications is zero. Won't use again but thankful to at least get my item.

I’ve never heard of this company but found them after about six months of trying to find a good watch strap for my Apple watch ultra. Hardest part for me is finding one that fits my wrist.

I just received this and so far I like the quality. The shipping was smooth and I got it in to Texas from England promptly.

No regard for Consumer Rights and steadfast refusal to accept a return and provide a refund, stating 'for hygiene reasons', too many times, as the reason why they won't. Concerned how light and dare I say, flimsy my strap felt when it arrived, it therefore warranted a closer inspection, besides that being the next natural step. However, that's where I went very wrong. If you take it out of the cellophane wrap (which they call the 'hygiene seal', ((believe me))) then you CANNOT RETURN TO RECEIVE A REFUND. It's 'in their policy' and they like to use the phrase 'for hygiene reasons' a lot. After I read their returns policy in the small print (too late, I know) I emailed to ask if this were true and what could I do about this as I was unhappy with my purchase. Their response was, they will not refund my return because I'd opened the 'hygiene seal' and don't forget, you agree to their terms when purchasing from them. How else can you tell? Looking through cellophane only apparently.
For info, you can return a watch strap purchased in-store or online to Apple !! and be refunded !! Also there's no mention of 'hygiene seals' anywhere and you have the statutory within 2 weeks to make returns too - I've since checked.
With hindsight I should have read the reviews on Trustpilot, red flags everywhere.
WsC have since emailed me repeating that 'they cannot issue a refund, as their policy states' but in the next sentence that 'if I return the strap I might get a refund or a gift card once their team has considered it'.
Hmm...'Might' and having my 'case considered' doesn't fill me with much confidence.
Don't shop here.

They're an absolute scam and i wish i saw the reviews before purchasing. Horrible customer service and very tone-deaf.

My strap just didn’t arrive. They also cancelled the shipping number. I am honestly beyond gobsmacked at how they operate.

Paid for order and no delivery turned up and no response.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent my money.

Like so many others I have ordered from this company with no issues, but this time I have not had the product and am being completely ignored when I ask them to contact me.

they wouldn't offer a refund on this as i had opened the packet?? ended up claiming it back through my credit card company, oh and don't read their reviews as they control the fake review page that linked.. i know this because i've submitted my negative review 3 times and they won't publish it. you have been warned.

Just like other reviews below placed order never received goods. Used twice prior and all good so not sure what’s gone wrong now but try to flag via contact on website and no response, only 20 quid but that’s not the point is it, avoid!!

I have ordered before and received the goods so I assumed this company was ok to buy from, but this time I have had no delivery and no response to my countless chasers. Like all other reviews that I have now read on here there is no one to ring and this company ignore you. I am left to try to get a refund through my credit card. Do not use this company. I presume they aren’t trading but they take your money.

🚩🚩don’t buy from this scam company they’ll take your money and never send your items, I like so many on these reviews ordered over the Christmas period and was told 7/9 working days knowing it was the holidays I put it to the back of my mind. End of January sent them an email no response, went on the chat and told one of the team will look into it and generate a ticket, February came more emails and chats nothing again then March and now April and still nothing 🤬🚩🚩

Absolutely appalling company. Poor quality, no customer service. I have sent 3 emails to try and get a refund, no one replies. Do not believe their customer service pledge, no one will get back to you, and you will never get your money back.

Terrible company - Avoid - wish I had read these before I ordered.
Ordered a strap for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 when it arrived I used it for 2 days and it was really itchy on the stitching and it could not be worn. I contacted customer service and they said to return it. I paid to send it tracked and then had to chase 2 weeks later for them to respond to say I had broke the hygiene seal so could not return it. Which I sent a copy of the correspondence they knew it had been worn that’s how I knew it was faulty, so then they reply and say actually we checked it there is nothing wrong with it. So basically they never had any intention of refunding me just a complete waste of time and £39 plus the cost to return avoid at all costs

Just the same as all the other reviews. I have ordered three straps over a month and only received one. I have sent several emails with no reply and I have also left chat message on the shop order with no reply. Absolutely disgraceful. They’re quick enough to take your money and send you special discounts. What is going on with this company !!!

i ordered on the 14th of December. it’s now the 25th of February and i have not received my package or a response back . i’m very disappointed as it was apart of a christmas present . i asked for a full refund . and i got nothing , no response either . Don’t waste your time .
I will be reporting this further as i’ve emailed several times now .

I posted a comment on 1 February and have been in touch with the firm but still no reply. I am now threatening legal action - principle, not the amount

Truly terrible site don't bother ordering from them you will only be disappointed. Ordered 2 watch straps received one strap which was the wrong colour and have seen nothing of the other strap I have ordered. They take full payment quick enough though. I have tried to contact them by email, as there is no phone number, but have not received any reply to date.
As much as I don't like saying but it looks to be a scam site and I am now attempting other ways of contact. Not much hope. Not really worth a one star.
