Slovak Republic Makes No Sense
An employee (on 13th October around 11 am), of Slovak Republic Embassy hung up on me, because I told them, that according the law, they have to issue a new passport, even though the old one is expired.
The woman also didn’t know, when they will have new appointments available, because the computer doesn’t do it now, it has to be particular person and the particular person doesn’t know, when she will do it.
A clue date is All Saint’s Day, 1.11.
Then the employee said, that I have to travel there!
Why is it not done via Royal Mail, so the person renewing passport doesn’t need to travel?
I have Fibromyalgia, autoimmune condition.
Also, the appointment booking is supposedly only available at Slovak page, so you need to speak Slovak, when booking.
