I keep getting the same email about my withdrawal. it has been pending for one month, and the support keeps telling me that it is in high priority with the financial team without any reasoning or timeline for my withdrawal to come in. DONT TRUST THIS BROKER! Will keep yall updated if this gets resolved!

I've been trading commodities for the three months with this broker. conditions are good overall - no inflated spreads, and execution is fast enough for my needs.

If you trade mainly major financial instruments, this broker is a great fit.

only downside is crypto: N1CM doesn't support major crypto trading, so I use another broker for that part.

From the three-month experience, this broker works well for intraday traders.
spreads stay very low — usually 1–2 pips — which matters a lot when closing trades with small price differences.
leverage of 1:1000 is also very useful here.

Terrible company. Withdrawal request has been pending for months, and I only get excuses from them. Bad customer services, they are a scam. Don't trust the "good reviews". They asked me to delete my previous bad reviews in exchange of giving me my money. I made the mistake of believe them so I took down all my previous reviews. They didn't give me my money. I reported them to Trustpilot and they confirmed this violation. But that didn't stop them to scam more people. Don't trust this company. N1CM is a scam.

I joined this broker after seeing recommendations on a forum. for intraday trading, the conditions are excellent - especially the spreads.
you can run any expert advisors on MT4 without limitations.
overall, feels like a very trader-friendly and flexible broker.

no withdrawal fees either, only the system's processing charges. pretty rare these days.

support team is always there when I reach out, quick to reply and helpful.

i've had a few dialogues with customer support, and they've been kind and professional

Trading major pairs like EURUSD and GBPUSD, low spreads.

Trading here for long term, the charges are quite tight for such broker. any who is looking for high leverage - that's solid choise

I usually like to test such companies to see if I can easily use their system, and if I can deposit and withdraw money, to know that I am safe.

I sent about $500 to N1CM. (actually $518) I had the intention to see if I can trade it. I had difficulties setting up their software to trade and their instructions were very poor. After a while, I decided to just pull my money.

I submitted a request for withdrawal on 07/21/25. That still has not gone through. I have exchanged multiple emails with their "support" department. They keep sending basic copy/paste emials saying "your issue is our highest priority/we are sending it to this department/we are sending it to this other department/your issue is our highest priorty/we have sent this to the finance department for review/we've escalated to the highest people."

After several months of pretending to be helping, they stopped responding, and my money is still stuck in "processing" status.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

N1CM is an absolute SCAM...ive been waiting on a 200$ withdrawal since may of 2025....they have given me every excuse in the book as to why I haven't received my funds yet....they will take a deposit in a matter of seconds/minutes but when it comes to a withdrawal it takes God knows how long...as I said my withdrawal has been approved but yet it's still pending and has been pending since 5/16/2025....pretty much they are keeping my money from me and it's like stealing food from my kids mouth....I will continue to report this broker all over the internet and i will report to the better business bureau....I hope this brokerage goes down and goes down hard....absolutely unacceptable and garbage as far as customer service and everything else goes....STAY AWAY FROM N1CM
