Applied a discount when mine disappeared
I had tried applying the 10% discount that I received when setting up an account, but it somehow disappeared at checkout. I emailed NAE and a couple days later they applied the discount to my purchase. Great customer service!

Nice boots very comfy
I like how they fit my feet and keep them warm. Ok to wear all day and no need to break in. Easy to go with my outfits either jeans or skirt.

Our Sea Shepherd boots are made with a very low organic PLA (Polylactic acid) content, the rest in Piñatex, organic cotton and rubber. All of these materials are health safe 😄
Piñatex is a natural fiber that comes from pineapple leaves and because of that it may be more sensible, but we have other shoes made from natural fibers, such as apple or corn that are more resistant 😉

Well firts the deliver took longer er then expected- i did pay extra for the short delivery time it took 2 week
Second the material is extremely hard. It hurt badly my feet amd legs and since i wore it once it cannot be returned
It was my 4th pair and always ok but this time an unhappy customer
At the same time 2 pairs of boots bought 4 years ago are performing quite poorly aftr 4 winters. Its my first vegan experience so will not judge but usually my leather boots have been lasting 12-15 years. I treat my shoes quite well

I measured my feet correctly according to your website, ordered shoes for 135 euros and already paid 35 euros in import duty and now I pay again 35 euros for the return. So I paid 70 euros for absolutely nothing. It was unfortunately the last time I ordered a product from you until you get a customer-friendly shipping- and returnpolicy for people outside EU.
