HORRIBLE customer service and wrong items

So I ordered 4 items from this company, and only received 1 of the actual items I ordered. I did receive 3 others, however none were what I asked for. I emailed them twice, left a comment on their Instagram, and DM’ed them requesting assistance. I messaged them at different times to allow them time to respond, which they didn’t do until I left the comment on their IG (my last resort). They responded to my DM and asked for more information and when I sent it over, they left me on read. Never heard from them again. I finally decided to just wear one of the necklaces since I was clearly stuck with it, and literally after my first use the chain broke. So not only do they have AWFUL customer service, but their items are evidently cheaply made.

By the way- you might see I’ve never made a review on Trust Pilot before. I made an account strictly to warn people before ordering from here so you don’t have the same experience I do.

Don’t buy from them

Don’t buy from them. Poor quality. When you request a refund they will only give you store credit!
None of that is disclosed on the website.

Terrible

Customer service - terrible! Not responsive and almost impossible to reach out.
Product quality - rings are terrible, fingers go green instantly and some of them are even not adjustable when it said in the description clearly!
Delivery service- had to pay customs clearance fee on top of it because they don’t bother themselves to send the package without any additional fees. So paying taxes make it not worth to order outside UK.
Not very clear conditions of sending the products and delivery as my previous order was sent from Germany and I had to fight with German customs and then the company but shipping this order from UK was a surprise with its additional taxes!

Jewellery is AWFUL quality

Jewellery is AWFUL quality. Reminded me of cheap jewellery I bought as a child- instantly makes your fingers go green. The metal bands were soft and weak. For the price, it’s laughable. Shipping took ages ago and I had to chase up. I would avoid at all costs as this is just a scam.

I received rings that when they arrived…

I received rings that when they arrived do not look like the rings in the picture. I emailed and messaged on insta to try and get a refund. Gave up trying to get a refund and sent the rings back with which ones I would swap the defective ones with. Still no reply. It’s been months

rings are terrible

rings take ages to ship, and when asked about this they just say oh it'll be sent today, and then they don't send it for another week. in regards to the rings themselves, the flowers are tiny inside them, obviously they only take pictures of the ones they've spent actual time on. Furthermore, wore them once and fingers were bright green afterwards, which is genuinely laughable for a ring priced at nearly €50. Not convinced this isn't just a drop shipping website.

Terrible quality, high price, and won’t reply

I’ve emailed them and messaged them on Facebook and Instagram a total of 9 times about a broken ring (which I only wore a couple times). All I wanted was for them to replace it. Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money or time

Don’t waste your money or time.
Waited over a month for my order the be cancelled, barely reply unless you comment on their social media (which they then delete), they’ll quote their delivery terms from their website even when you have already surpassed them and claim they’re sending the item that day, then a week and a half later after being chased claim apparently the parcel “wasn’t collected by the delivery company” and cancel your order, just a poor excuse for their terrible service.

Avoid

I ordered a ring which was supposed to be in stock. They took payment. I waited about two months. It didnt arrive. I did eventually get my money back but there is something dodgy going on. If you look at the Instagram comments, you can see there are lots but most have been deleted. It's a shame because the designs of the jewellery are really nice.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolutely unacceptable.

I paid extra for DHL Express (3–4 days) and waited over a month. Instead of my order, I received a notice to pay €30 in customs fees — nearly 70% of the order value — because the item was shipped from the UK, which was never disclosed anywhere.

Hidden shipping origin, surprise fees, and massive delays. This is misleading and unprofessional.
Avoid unless you like paying twice and waiting forever.

Do Not Buy!

Ordered a Christmas gift for my girlfriend weeks ago, which didn’t arrive. When questioning where it was to customer service, they apologised and said they’d dispatch it immediately. It arrived today, on Christmas Eve, and when I opened the parcel it was empty? Some sort of sick joke, NOT happy
