the packaging was great, though the bubble wrap could have been replaced with something more biodegradable. They were very fast at shipping my package, within an hour or 2 they had sent me confirmation and a track and trace code (even though I had payed less for the untracked option). The website could really do with an update though, the UI sent me straight back to 2008, that said it was perfectly usable.
