Hi there, after 35 years in business I decided to introduce Nailberry polishes and treatments into my salon. I have been so disappointed with the lack of contact from Nailberry Head Office after I spent several hundred pounds with them. I have left no end of messages on the head office answer machine, sent emails, Whatsapp messages and messages on the website messaging service. If you are a salon thinking of taking on this brand I would urge you to think again as the lack of communication from anyone has been absolutely dreadful. I am still awaiting colour swatches that were missing from my opening order. My agent has left the company and although I have asked twice about how I order going forward I have had no response whatsoever.I am still waiting for the trainer to contact me regarding product training.

Nail varnish is cheap tat!! Does not stay on very long came off after 2days! Order stargazer nail varnish on their website, it looked like a gold colour and when I received it , was more like a dark red colour- very misleading. Sent product back via Royal Mail tracked delivery- still waiting for refund 2 weeks later! Have emailed them but no response! Poor quality products would not recommend!

Really disappointed with this nail polish. Dont waste your money. Colour is stunning, high shine which is nice. BUT... takes forever to dry. And worse, it chips off in 1-2 days. I bought the under/over coat gel and that makes no difference. I have been using the product for a month now using base gel, two coats of the colour then the top coat gel. Each time it chips off. I have nail polish costing a couple of pounds that lasts weeks. Given it's premium price I was really expecting something that was superior to cheaper brands and would as a minimum not chip so quickly. It also stains really badly. Dont waste your money on this product. Lots of similar reviews of chipping. Purchasing experience with company was good in so far as it was a smooth transaction and arrived promptly but that is as far as any positive feedback I can give about this brand.

Yet to try the polish but the Miracle Corrector Pen is fantastic!

Very disappointed with the polish , finish on polish was chalky, looked dull . My nails were stained after removing. This product is a waste of money and not for me

Bought a full set of top coat, base coat and two colours for £50. Used the top coat once and now the lid/cap to the bottle is stuck. They refuse to acknowledge my request for a replacement bottle. The other reviews about it taking ages to dry has also been my experience.

I purchased Nailberry oxygenated nail lacquer some months ago.
It is the best nail polish I have ever used (I am a senior citizen) .
I is long lasting, has a brilliant shine and after removal my nails are not discoloured.
I have bought this for my granddaughter who is as happy with it as I am.
I am very surprised at the negative views posted .
Please try it for yourselves.

i bought 2 bottles of nail varnish and the base/top coat and a bottle of remover. The varnishes are lovely colours but a waste of money at £16 a bottle i would have expected no chipping and for the varnish to actually dry. i applied the a thin coat of the base waited for it to dry and applied 2 thin coats of the varnish - my nails took over 12 hours to dry. Then chipped within a day.
Now like other reviews have said, nailberry do not post all honest reviews. i know this because i posted a positive review for the remover which i was really pleased with and gave 4 stars. the other reviews i gave 1 or 2 stars and they have not posted these. The customer service is via email and is a standard reply saying you can return the product at your cost and they will issue a refund. Having spent £70 i think it should be free returns as the product is faulty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY is my advice

Was expecting something special and I received rubbish. So disappointed, don’t bother trying it. It streaks, it’s gloopy, it takes forever to dry and then starts chipping and marking. Save your money - wish I had.

So disappointed with the quality. Bought 2 different bottles, both twice the price of my usual brand; they should have been much better but they chipped within a day despite undercoat and top coat. A genuine waste of money.

Received my order in very quick time. The bottles are lovely and look very expensive.
The colours are just like advertised.

Disappointed with the latest colour Peach of My Heart. The polish is thick and gloopy, therefore difficult to apply without streaking. The colour is chalky and much duller than the picture on the website. I expected better from a polish costing £16. The best thing about my latest experience was the quick delivery service.

Great experience. My order arrived promptly. Great communication throughout. Love the nail varnish. Good solid colour. Would use this company again. Recommended. 🙂

Customer service is first class.

After placing an order for several items and been notified it had been dispatched, I then noticed a campaign on social media that had only just been launched for Mothers day advertising a free nail polish if you spend over £50. I was disappointed that I had missed out on this great offer by only seconds so emailed their team. Within minutes of sending my email they contacted me to say as a gesture of goodwill they would send me one out.

Not only are their products the best, but the service goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I agree with other reviews that the company does not post any negative reviews, which is very misleading. I found the polish to be streaky and difficult to use. Although the dry drops may dry the polish, it also dried out my cuticles. The base/top coat may be a keeper but at over £50 it was a 'nautral' splurge and not worth it.

I have purchased alot of nailberry polishes due to them being 'clean' however they generally do not last and chip very easily.

My most recent purchase was the new UV gel top coat, which is advertised as they toughest top coat yet. By the next afternoon after painting my nails the prior evening they had all chipped!!! At £18 this is a very expensive, ineffective top coat full of false promises.

The worst thing for me about the company is that they ask you to review the product purchased on their website but DO NOT publish poor reviews and are therefore giving a very false perception of their products.
I have attempted on multiple occasions to post reviews below 4 stars and they never appear.

If you want some nice colour nail polishes, feel free to buy nailberry but beware, they are very expensive and do not last.

I have ordered the products on friday and received it four days later, and I don't live in the uk. I haven't used all of them already, but I will update this review after I have used them. The delivery status wasn't updated in the internet, but i have been sent updates by text messages.
The packing material was out of carton, no styrofoam and no plastic, exept the adhesive tape and some other little details were out of plastic (which also sticked on the package). So the package was ok in my opinion.
I have bought the products from this site, because they have been used at my nail spa and i loved the products of this brand. Before i have used them, i have used another vegan nail hardener but my nails were still very soft and sensitive. with "Strengthen & Breathe Oxygenated Base Coat and Nail Strengthener" and "Shine & Breathe Oxygenated Top coat" my nails became harder and more resilient. but the products were much more expensive in the nail spa, and they don't sell all the colours I want, so I searched the internet and found nailberry.co.uk., where I could order all the colours i want for a lower price.

Package not delivered and the customer service not even replied to my email.
My parcel should have been delivered on the 1st of December (Order #31415), it's the 8th still don't have it and and the customer support didn't even took the time to reply to my question about the status of my delivery.

Extremely poor customer service. The company has remove the ability for anyone to call in for customer service. They do NOT answer via their chat through Chatra. No email response either. The notifications I received said the package had shipped and would be here today, but the courier has not even received it. I honestly regret ever ordering from this unprofessional company.

I read the one bad review on here and I had an extremely similar experience.

I purchased two colours, fast dry gloss and some nail polish remover in the hope that I was buying good quality products from a conscious company. These didn't come cheap at a combined cost of £65.50 (£15 a colour, £17.50 for the gloss and £18 for the remover).

The colours were amazing but after less than a days wear they started chipping and peeling. I used 2 colour coats and a top coat with a lot of drying time in between. I also just tried the top coat alone and that also began chipping and peeling less than a day later.

I contacted Nailberry, received no response, and have since contacted them again two months later - only to be asked to resend my complaint and give an order number. Since doing that I have received no further response, and feel I am unlikely to get any meaningful communications from the customer service team.

I am disappointed by the quality of the product and the level of customer service and I am baffled as to how they have any good reviews at all.
