Perfect name to your service since your title is Namecheap, your domain price is very cheap and very affordable price and sometimes that there are some promos, so that the reason why I maintain my domain to your company for almost 1 decade and can be contacted quickly whenever there is a problem with my domain or my website connected to your domain. Just continue your excellent service and maintain your cheap price then I continue more for another decade.

Complete garbage company! I tried to register a completely benign and legitimate business website and not only was it banned, but the customer service rep asked me very simple questions that I answered immediately and they continued to badger me with the same questions, insisting that I answer them - after a frustrating conversation, I went to GoDaddy without issues - NO ONE should use this company - amateur hour!

I strongly do not recommend this provider — the way they handled this is ridiculous 😡. I’ve had my account active for about a year and a half with no problems, and out of nowhere they locked my account and suspended my domain, claiming my contact details were incomplete. That’s absurd, especially since nothing has changed on my side. I resubmitted the requested information, but there’s still no meaningful response. Now I’m stuck without access to my account, unable to finish my website, and it’s costing me both time and money.

Namecheap made the construction of a website a very simple process, even for an analog man like me.

They don't want my money. What a complete inconvenience. I was trying to purchase 5 domains. The total was under $50. Decline, Decline, Decline. I say bye bye than.

I had been purchasing from GoDaddy, but they have been inching up in price. But if you can't obtain them, than they are worthless.

Not necessarily your money, but if you Value your TIME, go somewhere else. It's the unknown of dealing with a foreign entity from the USA.

If there were 7 star of 10 star this is what I would give to Name Cheap for their exceptional customer service. At the moment, with my personal experience, no other hosting company provides such smooth customer service. Cann, you believe a customer service representative spent almost an hour helping me fix issues on my hosting and domain? I have never come across such customer service.

I renewed my Domain for private email and can’t sign back in to check my email. Can’t find away to get someone from this company to help me get back into my email.

Support response was fast. I have been using namecheap for a while though. Services are good and reliable. just recently migrated a project to namecheap and it was an easy decision to make when it came to it.

Worst experience with a company ever. My account was hacked in January, I had to be the one to notify them only for them to lock my account for 3 whole months. For 3 whole months my website was down. Unbelievably unreliable service especially for businesses. I had to chase the multiple times per week to make any kind of progress. Absolutely shocking treatment. No compensation every agent making new excuses. Avoid at all costs if you value your business.

Excellent support and very cordial to solve problem

I moved to Namecheap because my web host of almost 2 decades sold to networksolutions and became a nightmare, taking my websites down multiple times and not notifying me.

Namecheap has been easy to work with and their support in the transition was exactly what I needed.

All i can say is these guys and gals are incredible i wouldn`t have been able to complete my work for my online business without the team .Thankyou Namecheap
