IMHO the photos are misleading. I ordered a product and when it turned up it was tiny. For the price I felt it just didn't seem right. I asked to return the item for a refund and they refused. Seems like a firm I won't do business with again.

I really wish I had read all the dreadful Reviews about Nana Huchy before making the Order for the 3 items that I did. I received 3 items which all had serious safety issues and emailed them immediately. We sent very good photos of each Toy and anyone could see there were issues. These toys which have spiffy Labels are cheap and nasty from China and are very poorly constructed and all with synthetic Fabrics. They are supposed to be safe from Birth but with metal threads and the stuffing coming out no one who is remotely conscious of safety would give these to an infant who is going to put it first off into its' mouth. I am reporting these toys to Consumer Affairs . Nana Huchy challenged me about the defects but denial doesn't work when the photos show what the reality is. Knowing your Consumer Rights "Not Fit for Purpose" operates when toys are unsafe.

Don't buy from her. She's a horrible person - she will gaslight you by saying "i can't see what the problem is, the photos are not clear". I bought 2 bunnies and they were very bad quality, unfinished, looked ugly and deformed and the material were coming undone. It did not looked beautifully handmade at all.

Order never arrived. Wasted a lot of time going back and forth with them and got nowhere. No delivery and no refund.

Beautiful Linen tissue box covers came but one had a small defect. When I contacted Nana Huchy they were very friendly and immediately sent a replacement. Such a pleasant change from the normal arduous rubbish one has to go through. Ten stars Nanna Huchy and your products are wonderful.

I was looking for Christmas gifts and wanted to buy stationery. I bought three packs of cards I liked labelled ‘packet of ten’ and had the intention of giving them to friends who love stationery. Instead what arrived were thirty LOOSE cards. When I emailed and called the owner she was astoundingly rude. She insisted there was no difference between selling a box set of cards and individual loose cards. They were not inexpensive, she refused to even accept why I may have been confused by what I received. It was ultimately the customer service that has made me feel upset and write this review. I would certainly not recommend shopping from this place

decided to spend extra and support an australian company ... then i saw it was made in china ... sorry nana huchy but supporting a country which has intermant camps is not ok (re-education camps)
toy is great but very disappointed...
