Brilliant service
My fridgefreezer broke down Monday before xmas. I phoned Nardi and spoke to Ken. He bent over backwards to sort me a new fridge freezer. He had to make numerous calls to sort out a delivery for me and kept me informed every step of the way. The freezer was delivered on the Wednesday ( day before xmas eve.) I can't underestimate my gratitude to Nardi.
They are 'highly recommended'

xcellent service and a "value for money" product
the courier service was very very efficient and the Retro fridge freezer I ordered is better than i imagined...i am absolutly delighted with the product, better looking than any of the more expensive models

Item was not in stock as website suggested.
Money was not refunded for more than two weeks despite several assurance that it had been.
People on the phone were rude and in no way apologetic for any of the problems.
Ordered product from another website where it was £20 more. Efficient and professional service which was easily worth the extra.
Nardi-appliances is cheap but very poor value. It proves that you get what you pay for. In this case NOTHING! Avoid!!!

You are correct, the item was not in stock although our computer system told us it was so that was our mistake for which we apologised. We were not rude on the telephone, your wife's telephone attitude was not condusive to a normal conversation and we ended the call as quickly as reasonably possible.
As our 100% positive feedback on Ebay suggests, we offer an excellent service at discounted prices, over 800 EBay customers were and are perfectly happy in their dealings with us. In addittion to this our website customers continue to express their satisfaction, we can only assume that you are in a minority of 1
