Broken Bushwacker spoon section replacement
Contacted the sales team at Nash to discuss whether it's possible to obtain a spoon section for the Bushwacker as tackle shops only sell the complete system. 2 mins later all sorted. Payment made over the phone and the spoon section was delivered the very next day. Now that's a quality service. Many thanks 👍
Poor quality products
After contacting Nash regarding the poor quality of several of their high-end products that I own, I received a response advising that their products are guaranteed for one year.
Although most of the items are now over a year old, they have been rarely used and I would not expect the faults I have experienced, particularly given their premium price point.
The issues I have encountered include:
• Boat life marker poles switching off during the night
• Scope wooden reel handles loosening and unwinding during use
• R4 alarms randomly switching off overnight
• Scope landing net pole head detaching
• Waterproof garments failing to remain waterproof
• Titan hides exhibiting faults
I was asked to provide receipts and advised to contact the original dealer.
Given the number and nature of these issues, I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality and durability of these products. In my experience, they do not represent good value for their price, and as a result, I will not be purchasing Nash products in the future.

Nash has never let me down had a small problem with the r4 alams adapter and after a quick chat on phone 1 was sent strait out thanks guys
Nash Titan Hide Camo Pro XL
A year ago, I bought a Nash Titan Hide Camo Pro XL bivvy. I only used it once, and recently I set it up for the second time because my son asked me to — that’s when I noticed the seams were coming apart.
Two months ago, I decided to contact Nash, explained the problem, sent them photos and proof of purchase. After about two weeks, they replied asking for the proof of purchase again, so I sent it once more.
Since then – nothing. I’ve sent a few more emails and still no response.
Honestly, I’m really fed up with how they’re handling this. I’ve totally lost respect for the brand and there’s no way I’m buying anything from them again.
Bivvy warranty defects.
Customer service is awful, a warranty defect on a Nash Titan t1 pro was confirmed and they send me a new one in Camo that doesn't match the bundle I originally purchased with overwrap. Apparently there isn't any stock. Writing to operations director. Its taken ten weeks of me chasing them to try and help me. Absolutely awful.
Crap customer
Crap! If we ran the NHS like Nash runs its customer service we’d all be embalmed. Three bloody emails to try to resolve an issue with my Nash R4 alarms. Be lucky if two year warranty is expired before they reply. Still no reply funny how big company same problem, we got them there, then they forget about the very basics of customer service.
Nash Indulgence Heated Blanket Not Fit for Purpose
So disappointed with Nash Indulgence heated blanket. Runs very hot and the three settings are far too close. Essentially, we have hot, scalding and unbearable. Seriously, did anyone actually test this? It simply doesn't work. It need a much wider range of temperatures starting with a far, far lower heat setting. It would also be much better if the heating elements were spread evenly throughout the blanket instead of creating hot spots, which only add to the discomfort. A brilliant concept poorly executed. So bad that it's literally unusable. Nash make some great products, but this one is not fit for purpose. I tried to submit feedback via the Nash website, but this doesn't work either. So I will leave feedback here in the hope someone at Nash will read it and fix this. I honestly feel they should issue a product recall, this particular product is so bad.
Shocking customer service
Bought a nash dwarf landing net that broke after a couple of sessions. Got a replacement (charged me £35.00) which has now also broken whilst packing it down. Emailed Nash in regards this and absolutely zero response.
Purchased a Nash Blockhouse back in…
Purchased a Nash Blockhouse back in April as soon as I erected the bivvy I found holes in one corner spoke to Nash and was told to sent Photos of which I did now no response after emailing again so no more nash product after years of satisfaction and a warning to others.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Had the daddy long legs chair bought me. Had it less than year and small hole where mice had got it. Contacted them for new cover and told its not available. £170 waisted gone to landfill.
Recently bought a scope 6ft
Recently bought a scope 6ft. Used it first time and as packing away noticed the butt cap missing. Couldn’t find it anywhere. Messaged Nash via the website to see if I could buy a new cap and received no response. Sent a message via face book messenger and again received no response.
This is rubbish customer service and reading the other comments, I can see that this is not a one off.
I’ll be selling my Nash tackle products and will never buy another one of their products. I’ve always been a fan of their bedchairs and am in the market for a new sleep system, but I won’t be buying anything more from this company.
Mf60 bed chair
Had a mf60 sleep system legs snap and the frame bend emailed Nash more than a few times for them to never even reply worse customer service I’ve know from such a big company . Stay clear Nash is not what it used to be. Solar or avid for beds Nash =gash
S5R bite alarm
S5R bite alarm, failed within the first year, so should have been a no quibble replacement. Local dealer hand no stock. So, contacted Nash. After a very long stream of emails they sent out a well used second hand unit as replacement. I was given the impression I should be grateful they even bothered to deal with my problem.
Customer care doesn't seem to be in their vocabulary. Last comment from Nash.
The alarm that was provided to you was quality checked before it was sent out and we did inform you the alarm was in second hand condition as we don’t have any S5R’s left brand new.
If there was an option to give less than 1 star I would!
After a quick check there seem to be plenty of these alarms available, how hard would it be to make a quick call to a dealer with stock and get one sent direct to customer, in which case this could have been a 5 star rating for excellent customer service and going the extra mile.
So a very disappointed customer who is very unlikely to buy Nash products in the future.
Just not a great brand anymore
Shame to be writing this but Nash have just become a massive let down in many ways customer service and quality would genuinely recommend trying other brands just for better customer service
Quality kit from a quality company.
I have been carp fishing for 50 years now. My first bivvy was a Nash canvas brolly over wrap. It served me for many years, it has now been made into multiple bags. I spent last night in one of the worst storms I have had to endure on the backside. Torrential rain for over 6 hours. Slept well and totally dry in a Nash Titan T2. Not one drip came through and solid as a rock. It’s so reassuring that Nash tackle have not compromised quality over profits, as many companies do. Great build quality from a long standing reliable company. Thanx Kevin for moulding a brand we can rely on many years on. Martin Koch.
Broken bivvy pole
I have to say excellent customer service I have received. Email and phone call ref a broken bivvy pole on Friday and today Monday new pole is delivered. Cannot ask for better service than that.
Thank you.
Great Service
I called nash for some replacement inserts for a R3 receiver. The person i spoke spoke to said, due to the R3 being discontinued they didn't have any in stock. About 30 minutes later I received a call from the nash person i spoke too, saying they had found a packet of inserts and would be sending them to me. Great service, great company, great tackle A+.
Did not honour warranty
So many excuses about replacing chair under warranty, they had broken chair back, weld on rear leg failed then trying to get them to honour their warranty is a nightmare, first not in stock, then catching up on returns, then they didn't have paperwork, from original shop where chair was purchased from. I phoned Original shop, they confirmed Nash did have paperwork, Chair then alleged to have been sent out over a week ago but still hasn't arrived at the shop, just phoned them (option 3) only to be told it's not their problem... Original shop has now refunded for the chair and said I need to seek refund for p&p from Nash as they lost the chair but they are not interested, again not their problem, Would I either buy from or reccomend them, not knowingly.
Nash not good at answering messages or emails, waisted so much of my own time trying.
I have message Nash on their website 3 times and got no reply so I phoned the customer help line, the gentleman I spoke to was somewhat helpful and told me to email the support helpline which I have now done 2 times, still no reply, so I will not be buying anything from Nash again as in my case, I bought the Elegance big daddy or daddy long legs recliner chair, used only twice two seasons ago, I finally get the chance to use the chair again as I have now joined a fishing club but to my dismay the rear leg with the lock pin side has come away at the weld points so even before I get to use it I can't as its unsafe. This is not a cheap chair to buy so I'm very annoyed with not only the chair but more so with Nash Fishing Tackle UK for not answering my messages and emails.
