I bought this rechargeable electric razor. It was a bad buy for me. It doesn't work at all to clean my head or face in the way it is advertised on the video. Their a scam. I eventually threw it out. I wasted my money. DONT BUY IT!!
I bought 2 mens trouser belts with Ratchet buckles following an ad on Youtube. The ad said the belts had a ‘hidden tail’ design. When they arrived they did not have this. They were the just the usual ratchet buckle with the tail at the front. When I chatted to their customer support to arrange return, they did not answer my question. All they did was transfer me to JustAnswer where I would have to spend £1 GBP to start membership, followed 3 days later with a £39/month subscription fee if you do not cancel! This is a disgrace! I have never come across customer service like this before. I will never buy from this company again, and I would warn anyone about this.
Have been waiting close to 20 days, no belts. Customer service just says on their way. Asked how long do I have to wait before receiving a refund. Not holding my breath. Will not buy direct from China. If Amazon doesn’t sell it I will go without. Amazon carries similar belts for less and speedy delivery and quick refunds if required. Will update if they arrive.
Haven’t received my purchase.
Cannot understand the tracking information provided.
Doubtful if I will buy again in future.
Ordered the product pre-Christmas. The tracking link they sent didn't work very well & then eventually I received a note to say that the parcel had been delivered at 02.10am by the postal system. This did not happen.
The customer service was shockingly bad, asking me to contact the courier myself.
This company strikes me as being something of a scam. I wouldn't trust it again.
Everything thing was so simple to understand and all instructions were clear.
The ordered items arrived in good time, securely packaged.

The baskets are cute. The only thing is I thought they'd be bigger. They turned out to be pretty small. I also wish the lites weren't battery in operated and that they were solar.
