Excellent service and excellent customer relationship

First class service! Very friendly and accommodating and kept me well informed about the progress of my vehicle! Will definitely use again!

Got my front tyres changed one Saturday and they nicked it. I told the chaps on that day and the duty manager, all were lovely. Told I would hear from the manager on the Monday. Two and half weeks later, I had to go in as I never heard from him after several attempts. He said he was on holiday, he wasn't. He said he didn't know anything about it, he did. He wanted me to go to a local firm to arrange to get my alloy repaired but this wasn't feasible because of my work. I asked for a refund, but was only offered a set amount, which by now of over 4 weeks, I didn't find was enough. He then asked for pictures, when I showed these (before and after) he told me that they seemed distorted, basically calling me a lier. After contacting head office and getting his manager, he even called me a lier! I work as a workshop control for a brand and I know these things happen but they are sorted within a week, not seven weeks and I don't call the customer a lier!

Excellent service and professional experience throughout and would recommend them to anyone.

Visited National tyred Alty this morning, nice welcome from Terrie on arrival, had work done on my car without a y problems, spoke to Andy the previous day, who was great over the phone, all the staff were very professional and the atmosphere in reception between the staff was quite funny and it was great to see people happy whilst working, many thanks.

The tyre machine had broken and the work was re-arranged for the same day at another local outlet.

Got a nail in my rear tyre day before long drive, went on Halfords website and got a booking for same morning at the Northenden branch. Was greeted by Nathan who was extremely polite and courteous, unfortunately tyre couldn’t be repaired, i kind of knew this because I saw how much damage the nail had caused. They had a replacement tyre in stock and changed it, kept me informed during process. The whole thing was sorted in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Really easy to book, communicated well, and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Came in to do my MOT for the car, John at the reception was finally professional and the team were amazing as well. Had a minor issue with my hand break which although showed up on the MOT as failed but was quickly and professionally taken care of with the concluding MOT of pass.

Repairs identified during MOT were completed within the day. Helpful and friendly staff.
