I emailed and messaged them through three different ways and they completely ignored me. I then tried to follow up with the live chat through the website and they immediately ended the chat and ignored me. Do not use this company, do not give them money. They have wasted weeks of my time despite me begging for them to do a job for me that they're supposed to be doing.
This is a scam plain and simple. No communication after order is sent and card is charged. They charged me twice and never answered my calls/messages/emails about it. Please do not use them and save your sanity.
I have been waiting, writing, calling this National apostille, inc and there are never answers, first i spoke with some Eric which then asked me to call some Richard which was the rudest of all. It has been almost 2 months and still nobody knows anything about this paper which is very important. I am running out of time to present this document, after 275USD nothing... I may need to start the process again but the problem is time. These people really screwed me up! it is a complete scam!
