Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Try calling or emailing all day long with zero response.
Not to mention they have no billing department.
Im not sure if anyone works there honestly.
Theyll end up getting back to you months later regarding payments but when you try to contact them they never answer then have a bunch of questions.
If you want to hassle someone maybe be diligent and respond in a proper manner.
Unreal

do not work for this company

do not work for this company. Just a bunch of rude un professional workers. If they pay you they will pay you when they want to pay you. They are scammers and should be ashamed for what they have done to other companies. I finally got paid but they took their postage cost from my payment. What kind of company or person charges back their postage when sending a check to pay for work that was done for them?? DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – They Take Payment from Clients but NEVER Pay Contractors!

I strongly advise any contractor, vendor, plumber, electrician, HVAC tech, or any service provider: DO NOT WORK FOR NATIONAL DISPATCH GROUP.
This company hires independent contractors to perform maintenance and repair work for their retail and facility clients across the US and Canada. They get paid by the big clients (stores, chains, etc.), but then they simply refuse to pay the people who actually do the work.
They approve invoices, promise payment, drag it out for months or even years, ignore emails, block you on LinkedIn/phone, hang up if you manage to get someone on the line, and eventually ghost you completely. Many contractors have lost thousands of dollars — some small amounts like $400, others over $20,000 — on completed, approved jobs from 2024 and earlier, still unpaid in 2025/2026.
Their business model appears to be built on collecting money from clients and then not paying subcontractors. It's not a cash flow issue; it's deliberate non-payment and poor (or nonexistent) communication. The company has a 1.8/5 rating on Trustpilot with ZERO positive reviews — every single one warns about the same scam-like behavior.

They DO NOT Pay vendors.

They DO NOT Pay vendors.
We completed an Electrical Call for them- no issue with the service or quality- just no payment and no response from the company.
DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!

If I could leave a "no star review" I would. I am an office manager with a small plumbing company in CT. This facility management company ripped off our company in CT for $3600.00+ by not paying their bills that accumulated over a month. Ignored numerous attempts for payment. Bullied me, lied to me, no accounting office to speak with, left numerous voice mails with never a return call. In my opinion, do not do business with this company unless you get paid up front. Bad company to do business with.

Working for Free!!!

National dispatch hired us to do work for Maurices clothing store in Pendleton, OR. This has been 2 years ago now and have yet to be paid. So, if you want to work for Free, work for them. Otherwise, steer clear of them. I would think that a company like Maurices would have been better at associating themselves with a company like this!

I would give a zero if possible

I would give a zero if possible. They hired us to do glass work in Indiana in Feb of 2024. It has been over a year that our invoice was approved and sitting in queue to be paid. They said they have to wait to be paid for a the job. I have been in contact with them regularly with no updates or payments. This bill was less than $400.00 and they cannot get themselves paid to pay us. They are not helpful when you call and do not call back if you leave a message.

Trash people at a trash company. Straight crooks.

Clowns.. NDG is a complete scam. They owe us well over $20k and have proceeded to block us on any platform we try to message on. Yesterday Noah and what seems to be his wife blocked us on LinkedIn.

We have 0 answers on any of our invoices and get hung up on if anyone accidently answers the phone.

We are trying to plan a visit to the U.S. location but it is a UPS store. I am curious if anyone has gone as far as undoing jobs preformed as that is our next step.

Mr. Handyman of Greensboro

Don't Do it! These guys are scum of the earth, nice on the front end and real pieces of "work" on the AP side. It goes radio silent real quick around there when anyone on the Accounting team is needed in this this slum infested company. They are one of the worst we have seen in a long time. We are in process of taking them to court along with the their customer over a non paid invoice north of $10,000.00 from back in Aug. 2024 . These bastards first claimed they didn't make payment due to our COI not being updated so after a round of them then wanting a new W9 Then conveniently needed a new customer application and some BS Insurance Form, then its error in their system then something else and then another. Don't waste your time, Stay clear of these Snakes.
