Zero customer service contact when online orders go wrong. Not enough manned coach offices to deal with problems.. I don’t want to wait until 48hr before travelling to speak with someone- that could be better!

I booked tickets that didn’t show they…
I booked tickets that didn’t show they had a 40 minute wait between coach change, it showed as one straight route and then saw once the tickets were emailed to me that it was not accurate. I then tried to refund them but as it was out of hours for customer service I couldn’t get through to anyone and the ticket number wasn’t accepted on the refund page of the website. The next morning was when the tickets were booked for so it was too late to contact anyone for a refund and we couldn’t use the tickets. Waste of money and time.
