From the measurements to the installation very happy with the professionalism that I received throughout the whole entire plan. Now my next experience with your company will be having three bedrooms carpeted and linoleum put in the kitchen and installed.

Don’t do it! The sales person tells you what you want to hear. There is very little communication between the company and the contractors they use. I was told by my representative that they would level a floor and do a minor subfloor repair. When they contractors show up two weeks later, they are unfamiliar with the repairs that need to be done. Neither the contractors nor corporate are helpful at all. They left my house in an unlivable condition with no bathrooms or stove. They offered to refund me 400 for materials that they were no longer going to use. My family will now have to live in a hotel until I can get someone else to fix and finish the install. I know lot’s of contractors but I went with National floors because they said they could do everything at once in one day. If you have a new house that needs no prep work then they might work well but I cannot warn you against them more!

My experience with national floors direct was wonderful. Called Thursday and the company was at my home the very next day. Representative David King showed his expertise in flooring in which I was able to pick the right flooring for me. Also installation was good in which the installers were pleasant and courteous. Last but not least the price was reasonable.

I had my carpet replaced by your company and I had a solid experience.
1. The rep who came out was professional, kind, but not too chatty. He was very competent, which was a plus. He was quick in measuring, showing me the kinds of carpets, and then signing me up for Synchronicity.
The installers of the carpet were also professional, kind and moved furniture without any of my help. They assembled and reassembled when they were done and worked quickly. The whole process was so fast and prepared well.
I loved the no interest for a year! This made the expensive purchase affordable in the end! Five months later, I'm almost finished paying it off; not to mention, the carpet looks great.

Love the floor. The trim board wasn't in the best of shape. It has marks I can't get off and unpainted edges, and in some places it looks like nails coming out. Overall, though, I am happy with it and have provided your name to my neighbor who is looking for flooring.

I got the flooring done through national floors direct first. I was so impressed by the way they did the floors….that I went ahead and got the painting of the house done through them. They did an excellent job of it too. Their staff is very polite and professional and the pricing is very reasonable too.

The salesman was very pleasant and thorough. The cost was reasonable and affordable . The work was scheduled in a timely manner. However, there was a little hiccup that the company handled very eloquently and expeditiously to our satisfaction. The installers were very prompt, courteous and professional. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the finished product. We have received so many compliments on the beauty of our new floor. Even my 6 year old granddaughter is happy with the new floor. Everyone from National Floors Direct we engaged with on our project were a joy to encounter.

Installers were prompt and prepared for the job. They installed all the carpets swiftly and efficiently. The final result was an amazing transformation from what was there before. Price was easily the best of 3 places I interviewed as well.

The sales person explained everything to me very clearly. No high pressure tactics. He found me the exact carpet I was looking for. We got the rug in the time frame he told us. The installation went very quickly and is just perfect!
