My husband recently got a camper through this company. Bridget seemed great to deal with until everything was done and he received his loan information only to realize there was an extra almost $5,000 added to the loan. Once we figured out the extra money was from optional add ons he tried to reach her multiple times to fix it as he did not want or need these optional add ons but was constantly ignored. He asked me to send off an email explaining exactly what the issues were which I did and included him on the email and still zero response. Very unprofessional to ignore someone just so you can get extra money out of them..

I did not expect a response from anyone as stated in the original email sent 9 days ago. It stated he could be contacted for further information if required and that I would also be available to be contacted if needed. After 9 days I finally got a response from Bridget, and funny enough the owner comments on my Google review right after I get off the phone with her. They are now trying to say that the “OPTIONAL” warranty as stated on the loan agreement is not optional and that the loan protection is also not optional even though it is ILLEGAL to make loan protection mandatory and they cannot force you to get loan protection in order to get a loan. Also, if you do get loan protection and decide you no longer want it you can legally cancel at any time. So by them saying it isn’t optional is actually false. While I’m at it I might as well mention the license transfer fee that they charged for even though they didn’t do the transfer and we actually have to pay a fee to Motor Vehicle Registration for the transfer fee. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB about this issue. Bridget is extremely rude and unprofessional and by the looks of it the owner is backing her up in order to line his pockets with any extra money they can get out of people. I suggest staying as far away as possible from these people!

I frequently visit this NH location and always enjoy the trip. Any questions you have will be answered or info looked up, just ask.
I have been looking for a new bike for awhile and have been waiting for the one. National Power sports sells bikes all the time and crazy fast, so if there is one that looks good to you, put a hold or give them a call or a visit.
My dad bought a low miles 2018 Triumph Bonneville and we all love it! The information about the bikes and questions were well answered and true. Even about upgrades or adjustments they were able to help out with that information.
Call or texting information works really well too. It is nice when you're too busy and calling isn't possible for awhile.
I suggest giving these guys a try especially visiting the location.
Check everything on the bike before riding away or before committing just to get an idea if you're 100% happy with what you're looking at.
They allow bike start ups too by request, so do a walk around and check everything out!

I bought a new 2023 Kawasaki 1000sx ($13K+) from the NH store and when I took the bike in for inspection, it failed because the headlights were not adjusted properly (they were aimed at the ground). The pre-sale inspection was either not done or the company lied on the inspection checklist. Either way, it's shoddy workmanship or a lie. Both are anti-consumer actions.

They advertise that they buy used motorcycles. I realize I could make more selling my bike myself but I hate dealing with the kind of people Craigslist and the like attracts plus all the waiting around, the no-shows, and the ones who want something for nothing. I was willing to sell my bike for the current trade-in value. I don't need to sell it nor am I in a crunch for money; I just want to make room for another bike I am interested in. I sent my info to Ntl. Powersports and included pictures and gave a good description. The bike is a 2019 model with just a hair over 2000 miles, very clean and well maintained and in excellent condition. I also included numerous accessories although I am aware that doesn't help resale value very much. A couple of days prior, I checked with Kelley Blue Book and JD Power/NADA (which are now combined) and saw that my bike is worth $5650 trade-in and $8180 retail per KBB. JD Power/NADA showed $5830 trade-in and about $8000 retail. Ntl. Power sent me an offer of $4500 and I responded and said that it is way too low. They responded back and said due to national market conditions, time of year, values dropping etc., that is the best they can offer. They said NADA says my bike is worth $7300 retail. I checked NADA again that same day and it was still at around $8000 (I don't remember the exact figure). The $4500 they offered me is lower than the $4865 that NADA shows for a rough trade-in wholesale value and my bike is in top shape. They said that they have a 2017 version of my bike on their website for $4845. I looked but could not find it. But I did see a 2013 version for around $5800. I checked that 2013 on NADA/JD Power and it was real close to that. So, they can ask $5800 for a 2013 but not $8000 for a 2019? Hmmm. The guy at Ntl. Power is being dishonest and must take me for a fool. Later that day I responded back to them and asked if they would up their offer to $5000. It has been three days and I have not heard back. A simple yes or no would have sufficed but they just blew me off. Not the kind of business I want to deal with. They will never have me as a customer, whether I am buying or selling. I hate Craigslist but that is where I will sell the bike. I may or may not get $8000 for it, but even if I only get $7000 or even just $6500 for it I am coming out better than selling it to these clowns for $4500.
