Rebilled my subscription at 3x prior rate- 6 wks before anniversary

I subscribed on October 12th, 2025. As I approached Oct 12, ‘26 I was thinking of renewing. Looking through my credit card statements I noticed they recharged my credit card 6 weeks prior to my anniversary, on Aug 27, ‘26 - at 3x what I paid previously. When I wrote to them explaining what happened they were indifferent "we don't give refunds... we suspended your subscription (10 mths before end of the annual term)." Horrific customer service.
