In November 2024 i ordered Joint Complex, and took their recommended dose of “Joint Complex” for several month but it did nothing for me.
Jump forward to may 2025. I got een email from dutch customs that aparcel was waiting for me which i had to pay costums for. It was from Nation MD. But i did not oder anything so ideclined the package and let it send back to USA. Then i found out that they charged my creditcard for € 216.25, and it was allready too late to decline.
I send numerous emails to stop this fraude, but there is no responds to email and making a call is difficult because of the timedifference as i am dutch.
NATION HEALT, DO THE RIGHT THING AND HELP ME TO STOP THIS AND GET MY MONEY BACK!

Nation Health MD is a fantastic company. Its product that I use, Liver Renew, has been great for my liver according to my liver function blood tests. Its all natural ingredients have worked wonders on my liver for many years.

What made the experience great is the product works. It reduced the swelling in my legs were diuretics didn’t.

I did order a product from them. I did not find any benefit from product so threw the remaining away and that was that. I was just sent an email another order had shipped. Somewhere on website they snuck in autorefill. A $250 boost to their economy. I called to stop. They couldn't. Wanted to get return label. Said they would send and cancel subscription. Didn't receive. Emailed support. 3 times. No reply, Called again, was told return label would be sent again. Then she hung up. Be very cautious dealing with the sneaky, customer nonappriciative company. If a notice could have been sent they were "going" to send order, a lot could have been avoided.

As a graduate of Duke University with an MD, I was one of the first 3 to be awarded a Doctorate in Natural Medicine. I was very pleased with the quality of Natiom Health products for several years, but learned to not trust them as all as a business. I could not return inappropriatel products, and when I did make returns, I got no refunds. Then, no advertising. Cut off because I asked for a refund. Three different Customer Service agents were totally ignorant of their products to the extent of refusing to admit that they carried one of their most popular products. I am very disappointed and sorry because I was pleased with the quality, but now refuse to buy any product from them. BEWARE.

I was sent an email from V-Shred endorsing this Liver Renew product. While I was still in the payment process & selecting additional products (2 bottles of artichoke extract), I decided after reading some of the 1-star reviews on TrustPilot to NOT finalize the purchase, due to others' return issues; however, I am impressed that the company responds to these TrustPilot reviews. I did not finish the process, but instead decided to try the Liver Renew through Amazon risk-free. I never pressed a Finalize Payment button on their website, but was charged $273.10 anyway. Immediately, the purchase set off my credit union Fraud alert, so I selected the 'not authorized' option & will now have to wait for a refund from Nation Health MD & will need to pick up a new credit card. No company should EVER push a payment through before getting a customer's finalized permission. This incident does not sit right with me & does not instill confidence in ordering directly from them in the future.

I really like the product--Lymph MD. It has helped with the edema I have in my feet and lower legs. My doctor has even approved it, although he wants me to try not taking it so often when cooler Fall weather appears to see if my edema will be as bad then.
My dislike is navigating through the site. I find it very difficult to order just what I want because they want you to buy other products. I don't want other products! I want to get on the site, order what I need and then leave without distractions.

I purchased two 6 packs of the live renew. I took the first 6 bottles as the instructions said these did nothing for me for the exemption of a lot of money spent. I am saddened to hear that I have to pay for the return of these pills. My feelings not worth the money.

I Do Not recommend Joint Pain Medication sold by NATION HEALTH MD LLC
In February 2025 I had Joint Pain in both of my knees. I read some information about a product called “Joint Complex” sold by “NATION HEALTH MD LLC”. “NATION HEALTH MD LLC” advertised that “Joint Complex” would reduce or eliminate Joint Pain. I ordered their product and took their recommended dose of “Joint Complex” for two months. At the end of two months my pain was sufficiently worse than when I started taking “Joint Complex”. The pain was so bad after two months of their product that I sought medical help. I am now taking an anti-inflammatory medication and have no pain. The “Joint Complex” was worthless as a joint pain relief and actually made my knee pain worse. I stopped taking “Joint Complex” and have four bottles of their worthless “Joint Complex” left unopened.
Jump forward four months to 22 August 2025. On 22 August 2025 I received a notification from PayPal that a charge was placed on my account by “NATION HEALTH MD LLC”. I immediately disputed the charge. I had not Authorized this Charge. I contacted “NATION HEALTH MD LLC” and cancelled this order. “NATION HEALTH MD LLC” cancelled this second unrequested order and Did Not ship any more of their product. However, “NATION HEALTH MD LLC” is refusing to return the unauthorized money that they received from my PayPal account. “NATION HEALTH MD LLC”, admits the Order was cancelled, and nothing was shipped, but refuse to return my money, even though they Did Not provide any service or product for the funds taken from PayPal account.
I Do Not recommend using “Joint Complex” or any products from “NATION HEALTH MD LLC”.

I received three bottles of Hair Switch with a total price of $135.00. However, my card was charged $549.00. I haven’t tried the product yet but so far I’m not happy about it.

Have not worked for me!? Such a dissappointment!! I have finished the 6th bottle this month, but my hair still (& maybe more!?) is falling!! No benefits, NONE at all!?

Purchased Hair Switch.. it did not work for me (may not have used product long enough), but had hoped it had remotely shown any sign on improvement.. did not.
Extremely happy with refund as stated if not happy with results.
Great policy!

The product helped as told me. I do like that they have a nice informative catalog.

The product seems to be working. Not getting the Miracle results like some seem to get but I wasn't expecting to. I am "A Work in Progress" and since I'm retired with nothing But Time I can wait.

I had no problem with this company, I stop taking the hair switch pills, because my Doctor told me to be careful taking pills that wasn't prescribed.

It worked sounds daft, but it did. and your company gives me confidence.

I ordered a single bottle of T-Thrive, I was told that I was given a refund. I did not receive a refund but in stead received another bottle of the same product.
I called and got the run around about refunds and bottles of product I do not want.
