Natty has been making my shirts for at least 10 years now. The workmanship is as good as you will find anywhere, and the fabrics are of good quality. They are very accommodating of special requests and seldom impose upcharges. Usually they get things right from the beginning, but the two times they didn't, they corrected the issue with no additional charge and minimal hassle on my side. (date is date of receipt of latest order)

If you are able to provide proper measurements and understand that there is a wait for a custom piece that is shipping internationally, you will have a good experience. They offer to send you a test shirt with a large enough order and when they failed to send a test and the shirts didnt fit right, my entire order was remade without any question. The prices are excellent and the shirts are quite durable and hold up to machine washing and drying. I recommend this company to anyone looking to add to their shirt collection and especially those that don't fit into the common store sizes.

Terrible customer service and quality very hit or miss. The missed 2 guaranteed delivery by dates. Then sent shirts that had inaccurate measurements and wrong collars. They guaranteed a refund only to then not provide it. They then told me to take pictures, then that it takes a few weeks, then to give the shirts to charity and provide receipt. All of this for a repeat customer. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
